I love the way the gold plays as it shines though. Almost a glitter globe vibe. Also, thank you very much for the mini chocolate vlogmas shorts! It’s not been our best year here, and those shorts of yours brighten up each day❤
These were beautiful! Both had their place & were stunning, but if I had to choose, the ones w/the white background. ONLY because it made the pooling design more visible, so they were more visibly striking.
Thanks!! Yes the colors really pop with the white! And the gold background looks mysterious and really cool for sure when you’re holding them in person!
Thank you . I Watched all your vlogmas. I was glad to see How you wash your molds with a towel covering them in the sink so that the water does not splash everywhere. I Have fun making decorative chocolates since i watch you! Merry christmas!
Gee whizz, where do you find the time to make mini chocolate vlogs, full lenght videos and work a full time day job!! But hey, I'm not complaining, keep it up 😄👌 Andrey Dubovik makes it seem so easy to create a stamp, doesn't he? I've had limited success by using the small silicone craft stamps (the ones you use with gold dust on top of your chocolates) and attaching them to the rounded back of a screwdriver handle (brand new especially bought in the size which fits my mould). Oh, and I prefer the gold backing in you chocolates for that extra festive look and feel ✨ A very Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones Brittnee 🎄
Hehe thanks! Yes it has been a lot but also fun! Ohh I like that idea, very creative of you to bend them on the back of a screwdriver! Smart! Thanks, merry Christmas to you too!
That's a nice thought! I think the material is too squishy though and as soon as you press down the holes will just push back together. Truly this works best with a stiff material, like chocolate!
I love the look of the stamped bonbons! I prefer the ones with the white background as the color is brighter. Well done! A member of Chef Parsons Chocy Chat has successfully made silicone stamps with a harder material and I think it was grade 40. I will try to find the comment and confirm. He took a class with Chef Andre and it’s the same silicone hardness the Chef uses for his amazing stamps. Chef Parsons had the same challenge as you and when he tried to make the stamps his silicone was too soft, even more so than yours and it didn’t work. I’ll keep you posted. Happy Holidays to you and your family! ❤
Thank you! The toothpick didn't scratch the molds thankfully, but I have definitely chipped some of my molds using the milk frother! lol Be very careful! :)
Yes! I stamp on top of the square bonbons the same as I show in my Christmas video with the gold luster dust from last year! I get mine made from rubberstamp.net
Hi, I found it! Here’s a screen shot of the comment about the silicone to use for the stamps! Please let us know if you try it again. I’ll post anything else I see if someone in the group has success with it. UA-cam is not letting me paste the screen shot. I will email it to you.
Hi Brittnee, when I make chocolates I cannot get them off the mold. They sometimes don’t come out or they come out very hardly, after hitting the mold for 100 times. I follow all the things you say but idk why’s like that. Please HELP!!
Have you watched my full molding process videos? If not, check it out! Every single step in the process is important and you can go wrong on even the smallest thing and your bonbons can get stuck! I don't know your process so it's hard to troubleshoot...but what is your room temperature? What tempering method do you use? Are you tempering your cocoa butter properly? How are you storing your molds? ua-cam.com/video/45p8wg--0Cc/v-deo.htmlsi=ROpmXFNHfbNThtb1
@ wow so many steps to follow😅 I didn’t know room temp is also important and not using coco butter, just melting the chocolate using steam and bringing to the right temp and pouring into the molds. I’ll definitely check the video out. Thanks alot ☺️
Which do you like the best...the ones with the white background or the ones with the gold background? 🎄❤
No contest for me, Gold
Gold background for me🤚love the way they turned out❤I think the chocolate stamp would work just the same except easier to work with.
@@kinjunranger140 The white looks crisp but the gold looks soooo cool popping through!
@@LindaSweis Thank you! Same! :)

Such artistry ♥️ both the white and the gold are beautiful! I can’t pick one 🤷🏻♀️😉
Thanks so much! 🥰
LOVE 'em all.
Thanks!

YES! I have sprayed myself so many times in the round molds! hehe Glad you caught that little tip! Merry Christmas to you too! 🎄
I honestly didn't think they would turn out ok. But the final ones were amazing! I liked the gold ones best.
Thanks!!
Ohhhhh Brittnee I have soo been waiting for you to do this video 🙏 thank you thank you 🙏
Ohhh so happy to hear! : ) Perfect timing!
They're so beautiful ❤
Thank you so much!!
Both are very beautiful
Thank you!! :) 💚🤍❤️
Amazing and so perfect for the holidays! I'm definitely trying out this stamp technique
Yay! Let me know how it goes!
Both were really nice but I think the gold brought color out more❤
Thanks! I love the gold shimmering underneath!

Thank you! :D
Try make one or two holes through the the soft seal mold using a thin needle to prevent or reduce the suction of the seal into the chocolate mold.

Very cute result
Thank you so much! 😄

Ohhhhh yes exactly! So squishy! Thanks for your help!
All and any!
haha same!! :D
They're so beautiful. Always love your work. But, I'm always afraid doing this might cause scratch marks on my polycarbonate molds. Will it?

Bravo👍
Thanks!!
Hi brittney. Is the balloon dog same technique as the xmas bon bon u diid last year. And also where did get ur custom silicone stamp made
Yes! I stamp on top of the square bonbons the same as I show in my Christmas video with the gold luster dust from last year! I get mine made from rubberstamp.net
@BrittneeKay hi brittnee, I went on there but am not sure which one to get . Could you let me know the one to get cos they have a variety of stamps.
@ I make my own custom ones!
@ if you want to just buy some premade designs search Amazon for micro stamps!
@@BrittneeKay thank you so much
