- The plaintiff used to be close friends with the defendant. She says she loaned him money to help pay for child support backpay, but he hasn’t repaid her, so she’s suing. The defendant argues they were actually dating at the time. He says he already paid her back in full, so he isn’t sure why he’s even in court.

2. She doesn't care if he is around and supportive, or not. And she's playing her own games, basically treating her man as a sperm donor, so that she can keep popping out kids in order to collect more money and benefits from the state.
Unfortunately, the welfare system has become a full career for some women and the more babies they have, the more they get and the longer they get it.
I won’t ever understand this logic. If he is not taking care of the first child, you shouldn’t have more children by him. At this point, some women have to take accountability for their actions to keep having kids with men that are not taking care of their children

@@cinnamonrollonapancake agreed. i grew up with only my mom raising me and i have a pretty healthy mindset. my girlfriend grew up with toxic parents who would always fight and yell at eachother. and they would yell at her too. she's had depression and anxiety since she was a kid and she's now in her 20s. And she has other health problems. her parents still fight. so we're trying to move out soon. hopefully us moving her out of there can really help her mental health.

I know this case is from several years ago so hopefully the plaintiff has grown up mentally since then. But I always find it interesting when people like the plaintiff try to talk and sound like a mature adult. When in fact the plaintiff still has the mindset of a very naive 16 year old girl. Defendent continued to creep (con) plantiff after his "reconciliation" is why her hesitation & unwillingness to produce proof and further evidence of monthly bank statements aka showing cash withdrawals. She rather get totally embarrassed & chastised by JM calling her a liar then admit to being played for a naive almost in love struck fool 😅
