Peace was given a chance with Minsk 1 and Minsk 2 but they were not upheld and as Merkel said they were just dangling the carrot in Russia's nose while building up The Ukraine's army. Another chance for peace happenned earlier this year but Brandon sent his lapdog Bozo to force the comedian to keep fighting.

1994 Badapest Memorandum is not an agreement, it is an intention to create an agreement in future. On the other hand, Minsk 2 is a real agreement, signed by two sides with 3 warrants, passed in UN resolution and became an international law. Merkel and Poroshenko interviews gave a clear picture, that Ukraine and EU was never going to follow them. Russia, as a warrant and as ally of Donbas regions, have every right under international law to start millitary operation
You picked bad example with Irish people, because they will probably sympathize more for Donbas people vs Ukraine, then Ukraine vs Russia, who came to help Donbas as an ally

It's time to make the European Parliament a fully virtual Parliament. All the MEPs should stay at home in their respective countries and vote from there. Five advantages: 1. cheaper; 2. fewer opportunities for corruption and undue influence by lobbyists; 3. full transparency; 4. MEPs will be closer to their constituents; 5. Far smaller carbon footprint.
AND every year the MEPs can still meet up in person at a two-week conference held in one of the EU countries (rotating).

If himars missiles are targeting civilian targets in areas that no other ordinance can reach and being operated by US contractors isn't the US engaging in terrorist acts and all the evidence is there as Ukraine has no other ordinances that can reach these areas
