2lb chuck roast (cubed)
sal and pepper

green bell pepper

3 bay leaves
5 garlic cloves
1/2 cup of flour
6 cups of water
browning
carrots
season all
garlic herb seasoning
garlic powder
onion powder
Tony Chachere's creole seasoning
complete seasoning
grits
water
milk
salt
cheddar cheese
Munster cheese
American cheese

Your plate/bowl of food there at the end looks so delicious. I rarely make grits and that needs to change. I love the Kraft American Cheese slices that are not the wrapped ones but the deluxe Kraft package, yes I am trying to change your mind. My mother would buy Velveeta all the time, but I rarely buy it and it usually goes bad as it sits in the fridge.
