I thought I’d not seen your van in the mornings, thought you was on holiday mate but I’m wrong, you are mega busy. Have a great Xmas Ryan, you, your family and all the team at RJM 👊
Great content Ryan! I dont know anything about marketing, im all for buying in someone elses 10,000hrs. The marketing guy that i do employ really knows his stuff, and he would agree 100% with everything youve said in this video 👍 Youre a good lad for helping other trades understand business - its the one thing youre not taught at college Keep up the good work
Great video as usual and yes you must keep your van tidy and organised it helps so much I just wondering do you use a lot of abbreviations what does it mean? So much information very very good. Have a good Christmas and New Year
Baxi are rubbish. Can’t be range rated, not great quality and poor back up. Same with ideal. Ryan I’ve got Bott racking. It’s brilliant and all metal and rugged. On my 4th van with it. It’s initially expensive but I’ve never had an issue with weight etc
I'm in a different trade, but i know guys who don't focus on annual services. It's madness. Not only does it bring in a lot of additional revenue, it also allows you to up sell other products and services, while also keeping you in touch with that customer so they don't end up using someone else, which happens a lot when customers lose you contact details, or they just don't know you provide additional services. Google ads can be expensive and time consuming as you say. I had a marketing agency handling my ads campaign before i started doing it myself. They had customers spending 20K+ a month on it to bring in the required amount of leads.
Love the content as ever Ryan.Merry Christmas to you and the team ❤️
Really detailed video in terms of the knowledge shared. Love this type of stuff! Not many on here that are as knowledgable as yourself 👏🏻

Awesome work Ryan, these videos are great. Question, why do you always go for the Worcesters instead of Baxi's or other brands?
Simple . They offer a Guarantee not a warranty .
I’m sure I saw this video last week ?
I changed the ending pal, last one wasn’t right 👎🏻
