Can a scoop of this vitamin pak flavored powder mixed with 8 grams of citrulline malate powder in a shaker cup be considered a great effective pre workout drink?
Not technically, antioxidants and certain vitamins are not good to consume around time of training as it can minutely decrease performance and recovery
Evan great video on the foundational suppls. What are your thoughts on Sardines over other fish like Salmon and Tilapia? I’ve began replacing my fish with it, since it has lower mercury levels and seems to have a few more benefits. But I don’t see it in many peoples diet, any reason why?

The EFA product is great, but animal pak is outdated, the increased energy is probably from the ridiculous dose of b vitamins which is not good long term, and the amino acids come from a capsule filled with cheap whey protien concentrate. As for animal nitro, it's just all 9 essential amino acids, which can be obtained from you guessed it, whey, or better yet actual meat. Maybe its time for animal to get with the times in regards to their products
Animal pak. I baught the thing and the damn tablets are too DARN big. I nearly died trying to swallow 1 of them and it wasnt even the biggest tablet in there!!! REALLY WISH THEY WOULD BE IN SMALLER SIZES
