I haven’t been following up on Lizzie…..but I’m glad she’s doing ok…..Her condition is rare, and dangerous. The panic attacks are no joke…..it feels like you’re having a heart attack. My panic attacks has to be controlled with medication…..my panic attacks stems from my illnesses, The man cause of my panick attacks…..is low sugar levels, stress, PTSD flare ups, being around hospitals, old Tv shows I watched when I was bedridden, and really sick.

Same here, every morning I say, what's my hair doing today, and it is usually not good. I try though, we get brownie points for that! I am hoping I will have your length some day, my hair is gray and it grows slower than it used to. Your hair looks good! I wish mine looked that pretty!

Nice hairdos. Looking super cute with your hair by one side or with the ponytail. Must say I hate doctors. Specialy the dentist. It's like visiting the Devil. Doctors are like taking the car to the mechanic; you will have to go to a few in order to find one good. Be careful with your ears when in the shower as they can get too much water inside. That is the #1 enemy of ears: humidity. And extreme noises of course. Ears are complicated. If you put medicine on them their self defense stop working (asap). Like when taking too much antibiotics. About the liver, just do not eat too much sugar. Stay away from ice cream!...some oils like sunflower oil will tend to hurt your liver. Nice day✌️💌
