Check the Console you’re On: Make sure you're signed in to the same PlayStation account that owns the content you want to activate.
The "Activate as Your Primary PS4" option is only available on the PlayStation console you want to designate as your primary device. It won't be visible on other consoles you're signed into with the same account.
Verify Account Management: Double-check the location of the option. It should be under Settings > Account Management.
Consider Account Restrictions: If your account has parental controls or spending restrictions enabled, the "Activate as Your Primary PS4" option might be hidden. Check your account settings to see if any restrictions are preventing you from activating the PS4.
