@@godussop2338 oh bro I did EVERYTHING the video said. This shit actually happend to me a few years ago. That time, it worked with making a new account. Now, the way if worked for me, is how someone said in the comments. Look for ECHO company's comment. I exactly did that. First it didn't work, but then I downloaded something, did the licinses thing again, and finally got my account back💀

It finally worked for me. I just turned the console off for 10 minutes, and the error code didn't show up when I activated my account.

Method that worked for me:
1. Disconnect from network
2. Restart PS4
3. Connect to network using personal hotspot (iPhone)
4. Activate device
5. Restore licenses

I tried everything people said: restore license, set up the internet etc, then I tried downloading a game, paused and deleted the download, activated primary PS4 (error), logged out and back in THEN I could active it properly. Hope it helps someone!

All my games are locked and it gives me an error when I try to activate my account as primary
I can sign in to my PSN on other devices and from the internet browser on my console to the website but it won’t let me sign in to my PSN on my console it’s telling me that the information is incorrect even though it’s the same information everywhere else. I’ve tried everything and just wound up making a new account which is kind of dumb
I tried every method possible but the one that worked was just spamming activate as primary and pressing ok once the error popped up. I know it sounds dumb but thats what worked 🤷♂️

Took me about 10 minutes but it worked for me
Most things failed for me. My console was activated but after I upgraded from HDD to SSD the games were all locked and unable to get verified.
What sorted the issue for me was to change my internet connection. For some reason it wasn't working from my home internet so I quickly connected to my phone internet and it worked after restarting. After that I was able to switch back to my home internet again and play normally.
That worked. Thank you!!! I have an autistic son and he was freaking out because he doesn’t understand why it wasn’t working.

Signing out, then signing back in worked for me.

Everyone getting this issue since the beginning of June. Changed my dns like some guy on reddit did, and it worked for about 5 hours, nothings worked since. Been trying everything for the past 9 hours.
Sony's in the wrong for this shii, disconnect from your wifi for like 20 seconds then reconnect. Hope it helps

Connect ps4 to your mobile phone hotspot (make sure you turn the WiFi off from your phone first) then activate ps4 as primary, then reconnect ps4 back to your home WiFi and all good to go-well that's what worked for me anyway. Changing the DNS settings was hopeless
I turned my internet connection off, then my PlayStation, allowed it to rest for like 10/15 minutes, turned it back on then the connection and activated my PlayStation. Definitely the comments on this video helped
It seems like none of these tips helped. Rather turning the ps4 off and back on again was the answer?

Mine just got fixed. What i did:
Went to playstation website, logged in, went to device options and manually deactivated from the site (can only do once every 6 months through website)
Then logged out of my psn on console and logged back in
Then restored licenses
Then turned my console completely off for about 5 mins
No more locked content
Gonna try this have had this problem since yesterday

Deactivate all in the psn app under account info
Changed over to my internet on my phone and that fixed the problem

Just got off the phone with support. If you’re able to use personal hotspot on your phone or someone else’s this should work. After turning on personal hotspot you’ll have to set up a password for it if you don’t already have one, then on your PlayStation go to Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection, then iPhone or Android should be an option. Click on that and enter the hotspot password to make that your internet connection. Then go back to Settings > Account Management and try activating as your primary PlayStation again. Should be fixed and you can use your Wi-Fi again afterwards

That’s because you are logging in as a guest account. Hit create user and then add the account info there to make it a permanent account on the playstation and then the option should be there

I fixed it. You have to use your phone WiFi then deactivate it on that WiFi. That’s it peeps

It just happened to me I tried to restart it ,nope i tried switching the net off nothing i couldn't even change my email password so i turned of the net in settings switched it off left it for 10 mins restarted it then switched the internet back on and it worked i hope this helps someone 👍

@@Rixtaa I didn't switch off f my router I just went into network top one says connect to internet so I switched that of then the ps4 then when I switched on the ps4 I went back in and coneccted it again and it worked. Hope you get it sorted m8 it's a major pain in the arse

IMO: This seems to happen to people who are sharing accounts maybe psn caught onto us sharing accounts and this is there way of dealing with us lol but i got an idea if i go get a new ps5 n a subscription for a month im wondering if that would work lmao yea i know its alot but im really wondering about that option cause i see some people here have lost there accounts for years before its fixed i dont wanna be one of those people so thats an idea

Another option would be to directly call sony and get in contact with support and explain to them exactly what happen and when it happen and they will try to resolve the error codes and walk you through what exactly to do but this should be the last option if nothing else works id say

Nevermind it worked I tried everything then after turning it on and off restoring licence connecting to the internet on and off I signed out then in and then deactivated it that didn't work then I just activated it again and it just worked 💀

Everyone gets locked out of playing their games when it can't connect to the server and your console isn't primary.
So I finally got it to work I was using hotspot and I had to change my hotspot name and password then had to disconnect the PlayStation and then reconnect once it all came back on I activated as primary and it worked hope this helps someone else
