    As a zeolite user (drinking in a glass of water and having placed in some places in my home) I can recommend it highly. After using it ( e, kids, mom, husband) I started working in a zeolite exporter & distributor to be closer :) to the source. I have heard many success stories.

    It's an excellent presentation. I am also working on zeolites as catalysts for CO2 conversion to other useful products such as CH3OH, CH4 and syngas etc.

      Hey! Are you a chemist or biological engineer? If so, I'm wondering if you're able to do some tests on different zeolites for me and tell me their chemical formulas!

    LNG (liquid natural gas) is of course way better than coal or petroleum, but natural gas (either liquid or gaseous) does NOT solve our problems. In addition, the extraction process called "fracking" can pollute and harm the environment as well as people just as much as conventional fossil fuels. With all due respect, but this TEDx Talk does not propose a viable solution for the long run and is just another part of how oil companies earn money. I study Energy and Environmental Technologies (BSc. of Science) so I know the details of this technology and the physics behind it. If you are interested in a better source of "gas", check out "biomethane", "biogas" and "bioenergy" because this has way more potential, way more benefits and offers your country way more synergies and benefits no matter in which country you live. So, why don't we use biogas more? Because biogas is a renewable energy source with infinite supply that is totally independent from geopolitics - reason enough for big countries/companies to suppress it, but it's getting better every day ;D

    Zeolite that is made small enough is absolutely wonderful for heavy metal detox, organic pollutants, many chemicals, viruses, and toxic bacterial metabolic byproducts.

    What do we do with what gets left behind? Is there a natural means of getting rid of the pollutants?

    • @flexddd
      @flexddd 9 років тому

      Rod Haynes The carbon dioxide would likely be dissolved into ocean water below 3,300 ft, through a fixed pipeline or ship. Or stored in carefully selected geological rock formation that are typically located several kilometres below the earth's surface. As for the other pollutants, I'm not entirely sure. However, CO2 is of greatest concern in terms of climate change.

    We are zeolite producers from Indonesia, currently we have difficulty marketing products related to our government export policy. Can I ask for advice? Thanks

    • @RichardFRicardo
      @RichardFRicardo 5 років тому +4

      you need to partner with a foreign buyer of your products that is listed as authorized to produce products for export in Indonesia's Free Zones.
