Great subject matter and perfectly on point with every sign! Thank you!
Glad you think so!
Sign #3 was my first sign. Woke up one day sick of tracking!🙋🏼♀️
Right?? It kinda came out of nowhere and I just didn't want to do it anymore.
Great listen!
Thanks so much, Linda
I definitely was never one of those people who thought I'd track for life. In fact, I was always most successful on WW or whatever plan I was on when I looked at it as teaching me HOW to eat. It was almost like the diet was just training wheels. While dieting did do its fair share of damage, it also taught me a lot about what "normal" eating looks like.
For me, the thing that pushed me over the edge was that I was constantly hungry. According to my tracker, I was eating plenty. In fact, with how lazy I was with my tracking and the lack of results on the scale, I was probably eating "too much." Yet, I felt physically hungry. I'm convinced that those "hunger" signals were my body's response to feeling restricted. It's bizzare, but the constant hunger went away pretty much as soon as I stopped tracking. There are even items that I eat in smaller portions than I did when tracking. There's just something about that tracking mindset.
Yes! That's a great reason to let it go. Crazy how the hunger went away as soon as you stopped tracking.
I think it’s time 🙋🏼♀️
Love to hear it, Kathy!!
