They can’t. Under these new 2nd level apron tax rules, the suns can’t receive a salary less than what they trade out, which means they’d essentially have to get a star player or a bunch of mid level assets in return for Beal, Which isn’t going to happen because the suns don’t have enough assets to send off with Beal. He also has a no trade clause. Even if he were to waive the ntc, he’s ring chasing and no contender is going to ship out a big star contract for Beal.
