Feel like his shooting and his offball movement from his size at 6'9 is something we desperately need to fill our true wing spot outside of KD. Why does James Jones not prioritize point guards? Beal is not a point guard. Neither is Booker. Ironically, the Suns were a mediocre team until they signed Nash. So he experienced first hand how much a difference a point guard can make.
I seen an article where Dunn talking about getting better as a shooter. News flash kid we don't need another scorer. We need a defender who can put up decent 3s and pass. Not another scorer. Book beal and kd need to sit down with him and let him know he has the chance to become one of the best defenders in the game. Always having to guard beal kd or book in practice. If I was book and have him stay at the pad in Phoenix and break his ass down everyday on the court.
I think overall we will be a better team than last year. Compete for the title? Still doubtful, but i do believe assuming we stay healthy and make the playoffs that we will be a team that nobody wants to face. We have more size and depth now. We actually have an elite, athletic perimeter defender in dunn, that despite what's been said about his shooting was lighting it up in drills and going back and watching his videos he was hitting jumper and even a turnaround jumpshot. The two guards morris and gillespie are solid and are good playmakers. Bridges is versatile and can play four positions. Ighodoro would be best suited as backup power forward because he doesn't have real center size but is similiar to boris diaw with his passing and basketball IQ . Although he is bigger and more athletic. Bol will be back and better. Lee will also return and add a perimeter threat next to allen. There is also the possibility of the suns adding marcus morris on a vet minimum. Although i don't like the morris twins they have always been physical and have that " thug mentality" that this team has been lacking. I think by season's end this team will be a force and ryan dunn will be in the running for rookie of the year. He may not win but he will be in the discussion.

This is the same 💩 different season bunch vet min players remember we all got hyped about the signings last yr on vet mins look how that turned out reason these guys are playing on min. Dunn helps w defense but that's about it, we still going to have book playing outta position at PG him and Beal just don't fit on same team they both should be playing SG neither are PG or really play able at SF just don't mesh, Morris is serviceable as back up but let's face it he's not starter caliber.
