    Points from Video:
    - Growth never stops
    - Stimulation is necessary for growth
    - two kinds of forces, tension and compression where tension refers to stretching force while compression is exact opposite
    - tension makes bones longer while compression makes them wider
    - HGH and Insulin are antagonistic but are necessary
    - In the early stages of the day, consume atleat 125gm of protein (depends on your body), and later in the evening do sprints for 10 seconds for 5 sets, with a minute or two of rest each set to spike the HGH levels. Now, spike your insulin levels by eating lots of carbs or some milk

I would need an explanation on the amount of protein intake. 125g seems a lot to take in daily and the body doesn't store amino acids. So how do we measure the protein intake specifically ?

    • @jbhann
      @jbhann 10 місяців тому +40

@@loveiseternal1995…have heard in order to build muscle, one needs to consume about 1g or more of protein per body weight. So if a person weighs 150 ibs, that person should consume 150g of protein. Whether that’s the proper amount of protein to get taller…don’t know.

Im 18 and have been doing stretches every single day (obviusly stretching dont make bones grow), hanging every single day (to decompress the spine before bed), sleeping 8/9h/day (first hours of sleep is where groth hormone is realized this period is called slow-wave sleep) and exersicing (priorizing rutines that increase testosterone and groth hormone lvl). And eating carrot helps to stop excess estrogen hormone realize (The more estrogen there is in your body, the faster the growth plates close so u dont want that)
    Juny 5 ( i was 176cm in the afternoon).
    July 12 i was 177cm(in the morning).

My hypothesis is that people think they can't because they continue the same habits throughout adulthood instead of trying things like eating differently and getting all the nutrients the body needs to grow taller.

It also could be that as people age , not only do they not practice good habits; but their testosterone, and growth hormone noticeably decreases, meaning that it’s better to grow when you’re younger. This explains why a lot of people grow taller in their 20s, and sometimes 30s, because their hormones haven’t decrease yet.

All of this will affect how fast you will grow. And a note about the workouts: Make sure to check in with yourself and take it slow if they are overwhelming to start out with, it’s better to build up to a routine 3x a week over a longer period of time if it begins to stress you too much in the beginning

What I mean is that it’s worth taking small steps in the beginning even though your mind wants you to do it all right away because you want fast results, since it’s not sustainable, especially if you haven’t trained your nervous system. And yes recovery is most of the work, and when you have that under control, it’s pretty much smooth sailing with the exercises. Articular cartilage cannot be regenerated once damaged or calcified. I have read the studies that you linked in the description. They say nothing what you claim in the video about lengthening bones. The "stimuli" you're talking about causes wear and tear of the cartilage which causes it to calcify. If we convert all our cartilage into bone or convert cartilage into bone faster than we can generate new cartilage (which the rate of regeneration will reduce dramatically as we age) we may run into serious medical complications later in life.

Your height is cute, you won't grow taller. Exercise to make your body appear better, not to grow, because you won't. Studies that he linked down in the description say completely different things than what he said in the video. It's a scam.
If you really want to grow though, you can use the microfracture method. It comes at risks though. Basically really intensive sprint in the evening, hanging weights on your ankles and stretching yourself from a bar for an hour, and crawling into bed. What you do by sprinting is creating microfractures in your shins. What you do by hanging from the bar is stretching the microfractures. Crawling into bed is necessary so as your stretched microfractures won't compress. Evening is necesssary because you go to sleep and make more growth hormone, thus healing the stretched microfractures before they compress back into the original shape. Your shins can grow around 0,02mm-0,2mm from each of these cycles at a time, depending on intensity of sprinting, weight on your ankles, how long you hang on the bar and of course your individual biological mechanisms.

@@정세라-u8y I didnt mean the bone breaking surgery, i meant the microfracture method. These are 2 different things ;p Let me explain
Yes, the bone breaking or fracture stretching surgery is really dangerous, it's not available in 1st world countries. It's available in countries like india, but you know, they aren't the most sterile there... It also costs a lot.
Microfracture method is special set of exercises that force your shin bones to grow. Only your shin bones, maybe also your feet. Not as children grow with the growth plates, but by creating small holes (microfractures) in your bones, stretching them and let the body fill them in while stretched. Then doing that again and again. It also causes the whole bone to remodel after a while.
Microfractures are completely natural and strengthen our bones. The stretching part is what makes you grow taller a bit by bit, but also comes with a risk.
The risk depends on the state of your bones right now, like density, calcium/collagen content etc.
Generally speaking the stronger the bones the less risk you get, but also the less you grow per exercise cycle. In the end if you do it for long enough you will grow about the same.
I myself grew around 2,5cm, from
      morning - evening
      171cm - 168,5cm
      173cm - 170,5cm
when doing it each day for 3 months. But also be careful, overdoing the stretching can fuck up your bones. When your body tells you "NO" when stretching it's usually a good sign to stop the exercises for at least 3 days to let the body repair all the damage, and continue with less stretching next time. Changes fortunately are permanent, so you can take a break from the cycles whenever you want.

The assessment concluded that i WILL NOT grow any taller from that point and guess what, i am nearly 23 years old now and i have not grown at all, still 171 cm. Point of this video is assuming that cartilage regenerates beyond our initial growth plates. Losing weight to reduce compressive stress on cartilage and fixing any forward head posture or collapsed foot arch would actually do something. Bone structure refinement is probably possible in your early 20's because all these plates are still somewhat workable but not after.

    Summary
Your growth plates never fully close, allowing for height growth at any age through specific exercises and hormonal stimulation.
    Highlights
🦴 Growth plates are cartilage layers at bone ends.
🔬 Hyaline cartilage allows for growth through endochondral ossification.
📈 Articular cartilage can transform into growth plates.
🏋️‍♂️ Mechanical stimuli from exercise can promote growth.
🍗 Protein intake boosts growth hormone levels.
💤 Sleep is essential for hormone regulation.
🚀 High-intensity sprints increase HGH and IGF-1 levels.
    Key Insights
🦴 Understanding Growth Plates: Growth plates, or epiphyseal plates, are crucial for height increase, made of hyaline cartilage that can transition into bone during growth spurts.
🔬 Endochondral Ossification Process: This biological process is how cartilage transforms into bone, allowing for sustainable growth during childhood and adolescence.
📈 Role of Articular Cartilage: Unlike epiphyseal cartilage, articular cartilage in joints remains flexible and can be converted into growth-promoting cartilage under certain stimuli.
🏋️‍♂️ Exercise and Mechanical Stimuli: Tensional forces from specific exercises stimulate bones to grow longer, highlighting the importance of proper physical activity for height increase.
🍗 Nutrition’s Impact on Growth Hormones: Adequate protein intake is vital for increasing HGH levels, which are necessary for growth processes in the body.
💤 The Power of Sleep: Quality sleep is crucial for hormone regulation, including HGH, which facilitates growth and recovery.
🚀 High-Intensity Training: Engaging in sprints not only boosts HGH but also synergistically increases IGF-1 levels, crucial for maximizing height potential.
P.S. I'm a 17 year old guy who is 145 cm (4'9"), and I'm going to try to see if it works.

so i'm currently 188 cm (6'2¨) at 18 and i stopped growing at 15, i was never insecure about my height obviously as i've been quite tall my entire life but i always thought "what if i grew for another year or two, even three?" so i'm actually going to be doing the things mentioned in the video and be giving results in this comment if people would maybe remind me my comment exists haha.
Starting height: 188 cm (6'2) this is at night tho so i might be a centimeter or two taller in the morning, will likely be included in my next edit.
Edit: its been a bit over a month and my morning height is infact 190 cm, but im still walking around at 188 cm. to be completely transparent i haven't FULLY been following the entire routine everyday, as i sometimes genuinely dont have time, emergencies or other priorities, that being said, most of the time i've been following most of what the video said to do. And unfortunately i have not noticed myself getting any taller, but thats not the end of it all, id still recommend you doing all the things mentioned in the video because i can honestly say it has made my posture better, i'm less overall sore, less "tight" all over my body and overall my body simply feels nicer. I think it is also important to mention i far surpassed my genetic potential, as my father is just 174 (just under 5'9) and my mom is 166 (like 5'5), me getting to 6'2 with genetics like this is impressive in itself lmao. but maybe that has something to do with it, perhaps if you have tall parents and believe you could get taller this video might be more for you, but this is my experience, if i find myself somehow getting taller i'll find myself back to this video and update you all, but i highly doubt it.

Aesthetic Primal: "Consume ample protein throughout the day. Later, in the afternoon or evening, engage in sprints to stimulate a spike in your HGH levels. Following the sprints, trigger an insulin surge by consuming a carb-rich meal or drinking milk with two to three tablespoons of white sugar. This dual hormone elevation - increased HGH and insulin levels - fosters the generation of elevated igf-1 levels within your body."
    Explanation:
The approach outlined-consuming high amounts of protein, followed by sprints to raise HGH levels, and then spiking insulin through carbohydrate-rich foods or sugar-does align with some strategies that are believed to potentially impact HGH and IGF-1 levels. However, it's important to note that the effectiveness of such an approach can vary from person to person and might not necessarily result in significant increases in HGH and IGF-1 levels.
Here's a breakdown of the elements you mentioned:
High Protein Intake: Protein is essential for muscle repair and growth. A diet rich in protein can help support muscle development, which indirectly might contribute to HGH release. However, the direct impact of protein intake on HGH levels is not fully established.
Sprints and HGH: High-intensity exercises like sprints can stimulate the release of growth hormone, including HGH. Short bursts of intense exercise have been associated with temporary spikes in HGH levels. This effect might be more pronounced in untrained individuals.
Insulin Spike: Consuming carbohydrates or sugary foods can cause a temporary increase in insulin levels. This insulin surge could potentially enhance the uptake of nutrients by muscles and might have some impact on IGF-1 levels.
IGF-1 Production: IGF-1 (insulin-like growth factor-1) is indeed influenced by both HGH and insulin. HGH stimulates the liver to produce IGF-1, which plays a role in cell growth and regeneration. Elevated levels of both hormones might contribute to increased IGF-1 production.
It's essential to keep in mind a few important points:
The magnitude of the effect might vary among individuals.
The duration of any hormone elevation might be relatively short-lived.
Sustainable and consistent lifestyle choices, including balanced nutrition and regular exercise, are more likely to have long-term positive impacts on hormone levels.
Before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine to target hormone levels, it's advisable to consult a healthcare professional or a certified fitness expert. They can provide personalized guidance based on your individual health profile and goals.

Even had friends who played football only grew an inch in the 3 years they played. But when they switched to basketball, they grew 4 inches over the next 3 years. I never knew it if was coincidence or not.
But it was mighty suspicious, and with the biomechanics of it all I definitely agree tension forces promote growth more than compressive. Despite genetics.
Because even brothers of the same parents were the same height freshman year. But the one who played basketball over football, always ended taller than the Dad.

@@andreiradu7851 No, because it's unless it's weight bearing. My thought process was more in the preparatory stages, such as the off-season with weight lifting and weight-bearing exercises such as squats and power cleans. The basketball players didn't really lift as much or as heavy as we did in football. As well as how my coach used to put it, Basketball is a contact sport and Football is a Collision sport. So both figuratively and perhaps literally I guess you were getting slammed back down to size. Also although a lot of people were smaller because it's high school, having extra weight probably didn't help either. Helped with getting hit, not so much with jumping, being fast or growing taller.

@@andreiradu7851 Oh no, I meant American football. Um idk, I think that's more of a coincidence that shorter people usually play soccer outside of goalies maybe. Like how soccer in Europe is huge but their average height is shorter than America.
The only thing I can think of, that could affect height in soccer are tackles and shin splints when kicking. Because you can hit someone's growth plates. I had guys on my high school soccer team that were 6'1 forwards and they had a 6'5 goalie the average height was like 5'10. We were one of the only teams in the district that didn't have many Hispanic players, and also one of the tallest.

      @cyzz_le 3 місяці тому

W convo. I don't think the tension/compression forces from football/soocer/bball are enough to influence growth too much, but the impact does create microfractures. And depending on how tight the muscles are and how much hgh is released (a lot from sprints and high body heat), those microfractures will heal a certain way over long periods of time.

I find this video quite fascinating, but I can't help but wonder if there is a hidden genetic element (read as, a hidden factor) that can cause some people to grow taller past adolescence. If what this video proposes is true, then a lot of athletes would grow taller the more they remain active, but is not necessarily the case. If these studies turn out to be true by witnessing testimonials of a significant number of people that were still growing over the age of 20, then we could see a shift in how people approach physical activity as many people seek to improve their height.
One thing anyone can do at any age to make themselves taller is to improve one's own posture. The vast majority of people have poor posture due to the fact that they work and live very sedentary lifestyles. Fix your posture, and that's an easy 1-2 inches of extra height for anyone.
If the contents of this video ends up being accepted, then in addition to fixing one's posture, this can give hope to those who greatly want to increase their height.

And eat 5X my calories intake which i force myself even though i eat slower makes me felt about to throw up, days past i still have desame issue but my metabolism getting worse which makes me hungry.
After 1 year passed it made grew 9 inches and gain 20kg of weight which im surprised i thought i was going to be shorter than my siblings yet turns out im taller and stronger than my siblings except on the bone part since my bones havent fused yet unlike my siblings. Which im 5,9 at 61kg at 18. 4 months after which is the current me im already 6,0 at 82kg catching up to my tallest cousin which she is a 7,2 farmer women who weighs 120kg since she has pure genetics height which she recieves from her mother who survive gigantism even shes already past 81 and still lived healthy, and the environment advantages such as deep tropical forest so more oxygen lvl there and she already started when she was young so i may not catch up to her atleast she helped me give tips the best result.

It depends - at 5ft7 if you bulk up too much you’ll probably look shorter - I see a lot of bodybuilders like this who , from a distance , look shorter than they are up close abd can look like dwarfs or midgets . At this height it would be better to be trim and muscular ie slim with broad shoulders - if you notice slimmer people even though some are short , they look taller than they are from a distance especially if they wear tight clothing . So yes , muscle up but not too much bulk if you want to look taller . Another good idea is to crop your hair and wear elevators or insoles - in that way you can bulk up as well and not look too short . I hated being 5ft 7 lol and that’s my morning height as well but luckily I am genetically quite slim anyway so I don’t look too short whereas my mate who is the same height is well built but looks almost tiny .

Well generally health conditions cause very different behaviors than normal in the body. Perhaps in healthy people like he implied in the vid the body would produce more articular cartilage when part of it starts ossifying so that the joints maintain their role without hindering movement ?

    • @bandwidth1539
      @bandwidth1539 Рік тому +1

@@eaglenebula2172 No? Mature AC (Articular cartilage) has a limited ability to self-renew and repair as it is avascular, lacks innervation and has a low cell-density (Chiang and Jiang, 2009). Therefore, without sufficient and potent treatment, cartilage damage can easily lead to progressive tissue deterioration, debilitating joint pain, dysfunction, and eventually the degenerative disease, osteoarthritis (OA) (Borrelli et al., 2019).
Simply to put: you cannot produce more articular cartilage naturally.

    • @eaglenebula2172
      @eaglenebula2172 Рік тому

@@bandwidth1539 Articular cartilage is avascular yes but it contains chondrocytes and some of their key characteristics and functions include:
-Nutrient Transport: Articular chondrocytes play a critical role in nutrient and waste exchange within the cartilage. They obtain nutrients and oxygen from the synovial fluid, which bathes the joint, and they release metabolic waste products into the same fluid.
      -Cartilage Maintenance.
      -Synthesis of Extracellular Matrix.
-Repair and Maintenance: These cells are also involved in the repair and maintenance of articular cartilage. When the cartilage is damaged due to injury or wear and tear, chondrocytes can attempt to repair it by producing new matrix components and filling in damaged areas even though the capacity for self-repair in articular cartilage is limited compared to other tissues.
-Response to Mechanical Stress: Articular chondrocytes can respond to mechanical stress, such as compression during joint movement, by adjusting their metabolic activity and matrix production to adapt to the changing mechanical environment.
Now if you're a MD expert in bones anatomy and function lemme know but it's worth noting in some studies the researchers admit that not everything is fully understood about bones & cartilage and I don't think doing moderate jumping exercises regularly with proper rest & nutrition will cause irreparable damage to the cartilage cuz if it did then sports such as track & field, football and basketball wouldn't exist today (not counting sport accidents which occur in any sport).
As for articular cartilage production rate & volume I'm just gon say idk, it'd require some specific research on the topic to be sure.

But there's a question remains: articular cartilage is covering joints and growth plates are around the joints. How articuar cartilage that turned to hylane cartilage can make us taller because growth plates are fused and our knees can't grow in joints. Must be a space except of joints to hylan cartilage get there and turn into bones

Guys, I will try all this things like Sprinting , sleeping 9+ hours , exercising ( workouts ) , special diet ( proteins , vitamins and including milk , bone marrows , liver and etc) and stretching , and mechanics stimulation of the bones and taking supplements like vitamin d , magnesium etc ( especially vitamin d ). However, I have only taken the knowledge about getting bigger only from the free information, which means it may be that I may not have other important crucial activities in my routine that stimulate growth. If you want, you can give me more information so that I can stimulate my growth. That would be very nice. I'll give an update every 30 days, if not, don't worry, I'll get back to you.

This sounds very interesting and the thumbnail remind me of my mother’s friend’s story. He was a short guy and a couple of years later, they met during their cancer treatment. However, her friend was much taller now, and while joking, he told her that he couldn't believe it too, but he had got taller after start his treatment. Something about it after his hormones or something like and made him start to grow again, or at least, it was what my mother told me when telling me about it.

It's called the Epiphyseal plate. In kids, it's rubbery & flexible. When a certain level is reached, it turns to bone & complete fuses. After this, there is no more growth to be had. It's physically impossible. The best you can do, is stretch, the body everyday to decompress. This can temporarily add half & inch to an inch for a few hours. As you move throughout the day, you revert back down as the fluids get squeezed back out.
If you are an adult. You plates are fused. If you want a permanent height increase, then you need to get bone lengthening surgery, followed by rehab. No amount of stretching, vitamins, dieting, manifesting will revert your biological process & lengthen your bones. Save up some money & get the surgery in the US, Germany or Russia. In a single go, you can safely hit 3 inches. 4 is right on the edge. 5+ is a major risk.
