Been/still doing these stretches twice everyday(1 after waking, 1 before bed). From 1st July 2022.
Sleep was consistently around 12 15/12 30am for July and August.

@@blankblank7217 what other factors helped the process of you growing? E.g how much sleep? Specific vitamins? Others things?
I mean my sleep has been kinda bad. I sleep at bad times (like 2 am)with infrequent good timings (before 11pm). I slept on average though for 9 hours. in terms of vitamins I take some standard vitamins every day(I take them at night but when I fix my sleep itll be Morning) which are vitamin b and d, zinc, magnesium etc. in terms of other things I do a lot of sports primarily football (soccer in case you're American lol), and have a diet which is 35% protein 35%carbs and 30% fat, I eat around 140g protein a day.also I dont eat or drink any junk foods or cheat meals. another thing I do is I drink around 600-1000+ml of milk a day semi Skimmed.

I started 3 weeks ago, I drank vitamins, slept from 9 pm to 8 am, stretched and after 1 month I grew more than 1 cm, I am 14 years old and I am 5'1, my goal is 5'4 this stretch really helped me alot. Make sure to drink milk and vitamins everyday

The stretches are really helpful, but can you please make a version with these exact stretches without you explaining how to do them. Stats Before starting:
Male, just turned 15
178.5cm or 5"10
Height in my family tends to be recessive, so parents (who are doctors) and other doctors are expecting around 6 foot and a half or 6"1. My biggest growth spurt has been about 5 inches over 2 years, so around 2.5 inches a year (13-14, 14-15). Will update each week with increases if any.
Week 1 23/07 : Not any taller yet, its only been a week so I'm not expecting much. I have gotten more flexible though, which is one good bonus.
Week 2 5/08 : sorry for the late update. I am around 0.2cm taller,. but more so maintain my height throughout the day. Instead of losing an inch in the evening, I now maintain at solid 5"10
Im only going to be doing months now sorry, but reply if you want weeks.

Very late update, but still continuing with similar stretches. I am now 181.5cm in the mornings, and remain the height throughout the day. Not only has my posture improved, but i have actually grown around an inch, just from doing this, so hopefully I can get to around 6"1. I'll try update more regularly from now on.

So on 06.02.22 im a little bit over 175. I will try to measure myself in the Morning( since ones the tallest in the morning) note: I have been doing them almost everyday but ny sleep schedule has been shit. At times i have slept 8h but from 4am to 12:00. obviously this kind of sleep schedule is not optimal
22.03.2023 I am now 179.5 / 180. I have done nothing but stretching lately, Boxed once lol, cared more for an earlier sleep. diet ist still on a surplus and i have used affirmations to trigger

Im a 16.5 year old Filipino and I really want to be a professional basketball player.
Current Height: 179.4 CM
Mom's Height: 163 CM
Dad's Height: 188 CM
Note: Aside from these stretches, note that I am hanging on a bar for 20 seconds 10 times a day. I have 7 hours of sleep daily. I drink 12 glasses of water, 2 glasses of milk, eat 2 bananas and 2 oranges daily. I also exercise around 6 hours a day, while constantly doing plyometrics and vertical training. All of which I heard can also maximize or maybe even increase height. I am doing these stretches twice a day. Once after my daily workout and once before I sleep.
Goal: 184 CM by Day 60, 190 CM by Day 228.
Day 1 (May 16): 179.4 CM
Day 2: 180.1 CM
Day 3: 179.8 CM (idk how i shrunk)
Day 4: 180.2 CM (back on track lez get it)
(Timeskip) (havent been doing the stretches everyday)
Day 21 (June 5) 181.9 CM
Update: 2 years later, haven’t been doing the stretches at all but I stayed very active and I play basketball in college. I now stand at 183.1 cm. I don’t think Ill grow anymore though. We’ll see.

I'm 14, 5'6, Mom is 5'2 and my dad is 5'6, gonna start doing these stretches and soon will start taking vitamins, hopefully I hit my desired height of 6'0-6'5 and I will try and put updates beyond this.
Dude we have the same height. Our parents also have the same height. I hope both of us achieve our height goals.
P. S. My advice is to set microgoals for height and focus on them. Focusing on the main goal too much can make you feel dejected.

@@nathan-dw7ju I just did these ones. Also some advice, at your age I'd recommend focusing more on your sleep, exercise and nutrition rather than this stuff. Drinking lots of milk is what I did to reach 180.2 originally because my parents are relatively short(I was originally 5 inches taller than my dad and 6 or so than my mum). Good luck and dont give up :)

@@noyes3265 Not true, u can grow until your 20s. You have a lot of time. Main things you want to do is Sleep 8-9 hours a night ( try to sleep before 10 pm ) and eat good foods high in protein, etc. Stretch, workout. You can get to 6’3 with these things. Believe in it.

Im 17, and Im 168cm tall. I havent grown since October last year or 9 months ago. Im gonna start doing this exercise then jump rope after it every day, drink dairy milk 2x a day, and try to get 8 hours of sleep. I may skip one or two days but I will try to be consistent. I hope I grow taller

@@ataifkhan7113 I grew like 1.5 cm but the last two weeks have been really inconsistent. Overall I do think these stretches do help, more progress will come with more consistency.

I'm a 16 male and I've started doing stretches last week, I'm trying to stretch everyday in morning, afternoon and before I go to sleep, It's been hard to be constant though, but now, whenever I don't stretch, my backs starts aching, so I guess I don't have an option anymore 😂

Started doing these stretches twice a day(one after I woke up, one before bed)from the 1st July 2022.
Slept consistently around 12 15am, for at least 8 and a half hours. Still doing them as of the 13/8/22.
Week 1(7/7): 180.8/180.9cm
Week 2(14/7): 181.3cm
Week 3(21/7): 181.6cm
Week 4(28/7): 181.8/181.9cm
MONTH 1: 181.9/182.0cm
August week 1: 182.0/182.1cm (182cm is officially recognised as 6 foot by Fifa in football)
Week 2: will probably be around 182.3cm.
Notes: doing hanging from a bar stretching and swimming would significantly help too. Also sleeping even earlier and better.

Reason for height:
I am a bit hesitant to do these strechs because my doctor said my predicted height is 5''9 and I would like to work in runway modeling, I'm not quite sure whats right or wrong because google and research says females stop growing at 14-16 because thats when the spine bone like stops fusing and stuff all together, but lately I have been having a bad posture so hopefully this will help me. I'm also scared because my parents and the doctor said 18 and its 21 for male height so Im not quite sure but I am crossing my fingers that I dont end up growing 2 inches more after I reach my goal in the future hahaha (Also I like scaring other females and getting attention for being tall)

After a few days I’ve grown around 0.3mm which brings me to 174 cm. I’ve also been using subliminals and affirmations that have been very beneficial for me.
March 1st: still 174 cm
March 24th: 175 cm!! Just over 5’9. I started using law of attraction, and started doing affirmations. Still doing the stretches. I also started caring much less about height, i assured myself that if I grow, that’s awesome but if I didn’t, that’s fine aswell. Just be consistent.

I'm the third shortest person in my class and after 14 everyone in my class were above 5'8 and I stopped increasing at 5'4 only, now I have taken this exercises very seriously and my goal is to become 5'10 or atleast 5'8 I will keep you guys updated
