On that cistern repair for what you're charging them why not alter the inlet supply properly as you'll be back there again when those long flexys start to leak.
You're always apologising for having to do things 1 handed, invest in a body cam and those jobs will take less time & effort & the customer gets a better job done as opposed to doing it cackhanded.
As for the boiler repair you know there's going to be water when you pull that old prv out so you could of had your wet vac to hand no excuses and again apologising for doing it one handed! Not the way to show youngsters learning the trade to do things with one hand, and that's where accidents happen.
You say you're quiet , but that cistern job you could of altered that pipework and earnt a bit more money whilst you were there.
As an observation you always appear to be rushing things and doing half a job . If you had emptied the cistern before you removed the flush pipe you wouldn't of had to use the pump. Before you screwed rhe cistern up you could of cut the new flush pipe inserted it into the pan and then dropped the cistern down onto the flush pipe saving you less of a struggle . You also have your mini milwaukee level which is ideal for making sure the flush pipe is level . No excuses .
I wouldn't be happy if I saw my plumber trying to repair my boiler 1 handed because he's filming content . That's when filming stuff becomes a priority over your job as a plumber !!

Thanks for you constructive circumstances, as it happens I have purchased a body cam but with the angle for the boiler there was no way I’d get the right angles for the video with a body cam. Also not all customers have the money to ch age everything just because it’s not up to scratch it’s been in the best part of 10 years and not leaked who am I to say it needs changing now. I repaired what they needed changing to stop water coming through the ceiling. The pipe had cracked so didn’t want to flush the cistern any more than I needed to as it was poring through the ceiling below, hence why I pumped it out. All my customers are asked if they are ok with me filming content for the job. At the end of the day asking as the job get complete I’m not charging them for the extra time filming they are happy. So I don’t see what you problem is
