Nice, I've gone through this too many times over the years, the communication and pre-detail inspection are soooo important to get on the same page with the customer who is paying for a service. I've had customers who booked a regular interior cleaning on a 12 year old truck and expected it to be better than the day they drove off the lot! I did what I could to make them happy but all these experiences I've learned from. You have to completely be in agreement with the services being provided, especially thier expectations!! Great video! Really enjoying all your content 🤙🏽🤙🏽😎
That can be very true in some cases. In my demographic my customers at least want 50% swirl removal, which is exactly what we give them. They love it! 😎👍🏼
Hi Phil! What a great video!!Just a question here… what do you do once you finish the paint enhancement and you present it to the customer and then after the customer looks over the vehicle wants a paint correction done to the vehicle (sort of like buyer’s remorse)? How much would you charge for the paint correction since you’ve already done a Paint enhancement?
Great Question! Ive never had that happen before....but it could totally happen. Our enhancements start at $500 our Correctio0ns start at $900. So I would charge the $400-$600 difference if they wanted it. However that means another day...and usually we are booked so it could mean rescheduling it and that could mean re washing it again next time. Of course it wouldn't be difficult to wash, but still time wasted. Also if we applied a ceramic coating we would definitely have to charge for removing the coating and that could be annoying if we have to reschedule weeks later. so we may even charge more for that. so many variables with that. Great question again! Thats an issue that could come up. thats another reason to have a detailed conversation about expectations.
Exactly. That’s why this is not a full correct. It’s our Paint Enhancement that’s achieved 50%+\- Even if it was a paint correction, after asking all the appropriate questions, we would give them what they want.
The million dollar question.....are you getting paid for all that work? I tell the customer that paint is damage ans I will make it look a lot better, soooo live with it and pay me my time. 👍👍. I will also throw in the chemical companies that want there products tested in a positive view and keep the rest of the product as payment. " !!@& %$@€!!'" 😠😡

Why do a full correction for an owner that obviously has no idea how to look after paint, especially black..

Get outta my head! How'd you know those swirls were killing me? ;)
Oh boy. Next time ceramic coat the car when it’s new.
Oh that would not have stopped the horrible swirls and holograms from someone attacking it unfortunately.
2nd
Long time for these ones
You keep saying don't over do it, and I'll keep listening. I'm weak. Lol. I over do it. Hi wife
I know!! Sometimes I don't listen to myself! LOL
