- We were so surprised by Singapore! From what we had seen and heard online, we thought that we knew what to expect from this incredible country / city but... Singapore is so much more than that! Yes, Singapore has incredible architecture and fancy cars but Singapore also has small but incredibly vibrant, local communities dotted all over! It also has a rich history one that we were blessed to learn about during our time there.
Singapore is beautiful and we really hope to be able to come back soon to explore even more and dig deeper into the true Singaporean culture!

Drop by our islands or nature reserves next time! Nature reserves one would be (MacRitchie, you can do the treetop walk). You can go north to Pulau Ubin island or you can go to the southern islands (St John’s, Lazarus, Kusu)for a picnic, beach day outing. Something more out of the way is stuff like the Sembawang Hot Spring where you can soak your feet in some natural spring water if you like. Thanks for showcasing Singapore!!

@@yong9613 they are not removing it. They will likely utilise the geothermal energy alongside the existing park. They are currently studying a site near the hot spring park. Why would they spend money to refurbish the area and reopen it in only in 2020 after much years of work.

You guys need to come to Singapore on christmas and New Years eve. On new years eve , at the barge , the fireworks starts at 10.30pm and it goes on until 12 am. The best in the world. It is so beautiful, you gonna love Singapore. Singapore is the best country in the world.

I found that glowing headset/dance/tour thing interesting, touristy but I bet a lot of tourists didn’t know about it. We will have 5 days there, then off to Mindoro Philippines. Great VLOG!! As a Singaporean, I am surprised that you find that Haji Lane is a Tourist Spot. Generally, the more popular and famous Tourist Spots are Sentosa, RWS, MBS, GBTB and Jewel... though Haji could be considered tier 2 or even 3 tourist spots.

Just a few corrections:
1. LivingSpace is not the developer for public housing, it is the Housing and Development Board (HDB), LivingSpace is the name of the gallery.
2. The showroom you saw will not be provided. It has been renovated nicely, but it is for show. In the real flats, basic renovation is provided, but to renovate like the showroom needs few thousand $.

You didn't mention the air pollution. It's getting pretty bad due to all the construction happening in the city. 😷
Ahh, it’s honestly something that we didn’t notice but maybe it’s because we have visited a lot of cities in the past few months! ✨
air pollution index is well below 100 , frankly speaking i didn’t notice any of the bad air pollution.
There isn't much air pollution. Or maybe just happens to be where you are at.
95% of the time it's either been clear blue skies or showery cloudy overcast days but with the air still clear. Apart from when there are forest fires in neighbouring regions causing haze, normally it's always clear and clean. Sometimes there's tropical mists that descend... I can't think of what else affects the air there.
Even in this vid it looks pretty clear lol.
Look up countries by greenhouse gas emissions per capita, they aren't the worst. Even New Zealand, where I curruntly live emit more than SG per person, and Auckland has more cars than SG!
Maybe the dust due to many constructions around
