July 21, 2023 I was at truist park I had a sign that said Harris ROY someone asked me if I really thought so I said he is going to be a superstar
Sean Murphy over Michael Harris Jr😬. Admittedly very biased Braves fan, no one n Andruw Jones stratosphere but Harris is the best defensive CF I’ve seen other than him and I expect a breakout year offensively next season if he can stay healthy. Murphy isn’t fit to be a backup right now and we’re paying him a fortune for 5 more years, he’s been an absolute train wreck since the all-star break last year, he belongs nowhere near this list.
When I think of most underrated MLB player, it’s not even close- Salvador Perez. Nobody ever talks about him, but if I were a writer I would vote for him for the Hall of Fame.
I'm so sad about how many of these guys were on guards. Roster could be crazy. And i guess kwan gets good recognition with his abilities in the league

Maybe it's because I'm a Cubs fan but i would say Nico Hoerner is very underrated. Gold glove defense, he can steal bases, hits between .280-.300.
Nolan Jones was a 3rd baseman who the Rockies experimented with in the outfield, he wasn't really comfortable at first as is surprised by how good his defensive metrics have been. He also thinks Coors is hard to hit in and thinks Coors' reputation isn't fair so it's not surprising he hit better on the road. He talked about it on foul territory.
Love it, agree with a lot of this. I make a list before the start of every season of elite batters on each team,(not considering fielding.) So here is where I agree and disagree with your video:
