The written exams for most medical schools are multiple choice now. This might sound easy but believe me they know how to write the questions to really test you! You will also do graded projects ('SSCs') and sit practical exams which are in person with actors, and most universities will conduct practical anatomy exams in the pre-clinical years which involve completing 'short answer' questions.
