Awesome - - Ordered Today - Thankx
Thanks just bought a 2016 Wrangler and it came with after market LED lights and people were flashing the hell outta me and I'm like "Its not on high beam!!!" was so close of attempting to purchase different headlights and stumbled across this video. Thanks again.
Man you had the perfect chance to plug the north ridge sweatshirts. “Instead of using a blanket, you could use a north ridge sweatshirt that you could get on our website.” 😂
You mean these hoodies? www.northridge4x4.com/part/sweatshirts-jackets/flag-sweatshirt-northridge-flag-sweatshirt
Great video, I just made the adjustment using the screw you took out to throw away. It did not require turning it too far. It was Sunday and I wanted to adjust them ASAP. I will keep this mod in mind!
just installed these! the screws make it so much easier to make the necessary horizontal adjustments! thank you Northridge!
Glad it helped!
Thank you for the video! Almost sent my new LED’s back before seeing this!
Great video. Helps a lot. Thank you
Best tutorial, simple and straightforward!
Glad you liked it!
Nice video. Helps a lot. Thank you
Thanks for the info, now I can stop blinding everyone.
Actually you can use the 2 15 mm screws behind the headlight to adjust the left to right aiming.
the lhs light is also a rhs light it has the pedestrian hump on it as well, the lhs light should be flat
Great video. Yep, I'm that Jeep gal!! I just installed LED headlights and have been getting flashed like crazy. Why do I feel like I have been replacing and/or adding parts to my 2014 JK since I purchased it new? Oh, wait...because I have! I LOVE my Wrangler, but holy cow...something as necessary as DECENT headlights to begin with and adjustment pins should be standard equipment. Thanks again!
Thanks for watching @JC. And so totally true on needing decent headlights and replacing parts since day one.
Of course that's why they say, JEEP = Just Empty Every Pocket... 😂
JC I hear ya, we never run out of mods we can add to our Jeeps. J-E-E-P Just Empty Every Pocket LOL!!!
6in lift and i try not to drive after dark! Thank you
Pretty nice video. Thank you
Thanks for watching
Just ordered LED lights and now I need a anti-resistors because I have Flickering. Now I have to order resistors to stop the flickering. Thanks
😢thank you bro 🤙
Great video, but you did not mention if you need one or two additional MOPAR EURO HEADLAMP ADJUSTMENT SCREWs per light? In other words, do you use the top original adjusting screw and ONE MOPAR EURO HEADLAMP ADJUSTMENT SCREW on the lower opposite corner, or do you need two MOPAR EURO HEADLAMP ADJUSTMENT SCREWs per each light?
Please be clear on how many I need to order? Thanks
You need to order two screws to do as shown in the video.
You leave the factory adjusters in place and then add one screw to each light bucket.
Very easy to follow explanation. Only problem I had (not related to video) European screw doesn't seat well, bezel goes through either side. Either hole too big or I damaged it while pulling it out. Any ideas?
The plastic which seats in thin groove is gone. One time use only and also brittle after 10 years. I used hot glue on both sides and it is working perfectly. In my opinion going for european adjustment screws is not recommended. If you have to do it, than get new mounting rings, which are just $12 for a pair anywhere.
I can’t find it on your website. Can you please give a link to them.

I miss using a Hoppy alignment tool
Those are nice.
Do you have any tips for my JL halo headlights?
The stock JL headlights can be adjusted. We need to do a video showing the how-to.
I could not get my headlight bucket (mounting ring) off its pins. Twisted and pulled, added WD40 and then It snapped at the bottom. So, I just put everything back together the best I could. Did not try the other side. Stopped there. Never got to the step where I could replace the factory pin with the two I purchased from you.
Wow, curious now on what why it was stuck that bad. Was it moving at all?
Followed the instructions for the adjuster screws. Bracket was like it was stuck to the pins and could not be 'gently' pulled off. Ended up with a stripped screw that's stuck halfway through the bracket and a bracket that can't stay attached because the euro is stuck.
Must've cross-threaded the screw?
Would it be feasible or even remotely necessary to replace both of the bottom screws with these euro screws?
It would be feasible, but you could only adjust it if you had the grill off or modified the grill to be able to get to the screw.
Mine were stock height on JK, and wouldn't go down any further. I can go up. But I'm already getting flashed by some other drivers. What should I do?
Look at adding in the Euro adjusters shown in the video, they are only a couple bucks each and will give you a larger range of adjustment.
What if you don't have 25' to move back?
Find a place you can get that 25'.
It really doesn't work with anything less.
Why not just mark the beam pattern from the halogen lights before replacing them and go off that?
There’s always a small difference, I did the same thing and it didn’t make a difference
Nice video. How about fog lights?
need to do this. I'm tired of getting bright lights flashed at me, and I'm sure the people I'm passing want to choke me. :)
How do I adjust my JL aftermarket headlights ? I don’t see a screw
Pop the hood and look down on the back of the headlight from the top.
If I’m doing this and my headlights are turning down but are still high what am I doing wrong
Loaded question.
Have you done the euro screw conversion yet?
Aren't the "European" adjustment screws the same as the US adjustment screws?
Yes, they are. They're called the euro adjustment screws because you are using them in the euro adjustment position.
@northridgenation Gotcha! Thank you, sir. I appreciate your response and excellent video. I recently got a Jeep and I just lifted it and this video showed me exactly how to fix my headlights.
Again, thank you. 😊
I got out in a pitch black area that is wide open and adjust them to where and how for I want to be able to see I’m front of me, idc if my lights shine in someone else’s face not my problem as long as I can see I’m good
So you're one of THOSE GUYS that Tech Tim talks about? 🤣
@@northridgenation yep that’s me
Is this adjustment made with high beam or low beam?
Thats exactly what I want to know. I came to the comment section and found your question asked only 2 hours ago. Seems like an important detail that was left out.
I've watched a lot of these videos trying to find the answer to your question and NO ONE addresses your question. I've seen it asked many times too and no one ever gets a response. So either we're dumb-asses or no one knows the answer. I'd love to get out there and adjust my headlights but I've been waiting to find an answer to your question. You would think that Northridge would reply by now...
Sorry for the delayed reply, YT doesn't have a very god message alert function for older videos.
All headlight adjustments are done with the low beam.
All adjustments are done on the low beam side.
You can look at the Jeep in the vid. Only one reticle illuminated. It’s the low beam.
Link shows NO LONGER AVAILABLE
It shows on that product page that it has been superseded to Mopar #MPR55078114AB
You can find it here:

I did this exactly and now i get flashed all the time lol
Adjust them down a little lower.
Very helpful. Thanks for the video. I have an after market grille so i had to flip it forward to get to screw 🪛 thabks again!
Glad it helped! 😎
Is this adjustment made with high beam or low beam?
Both.
@@northridgenation When you are performing the headlight adjustment... should my headlights be in the High beam position or the Low beam position ?
@@RustyCyler low beam
