I was trying... but i dont understand why te differents work from a to i .. made all te same works... dont change... before was good but niw my machine don't fabrics many programs... even i change the program a to b it still like the a... or if i change to e it stil the same... not like original... I'm sad about it. What can I do? I like this machine but it don't works like before

I have only used 3 needle wide overstitch so far. I have followed the threading directions but when I sew a hem and pull the needles up (turning the wheel toward the back) the thread almost always get jammed I have to force the fabric out and the thread comes out of the left or right needle. Any suggestions? I'm ready to return it, it's so frustrating

amy schmidt ...don’t turn the wheel backwards. Don’t turn it at all. Just run the the foot off the material and leave a tail. Cut the thread.
