An old-world recipe for Polish Rogaliki cookies, also known as rugelach. These raspberry pistachio rogaliki cookies are my favorite! They’re made with a soft and buttery yeast dough, filled with ground pistachios and raspberry jam, then baked until golden. Enjoy these Polish cookies warm with a cup of coffee or tea!
Rogaliki cookies, or rugelach, can be made with a variety of different fillings. This Polish/Ukrainian recipe has been in my family for generations! You can find another version of my cookie recipe in my cookbook, Beyond Borscht.

A Serbian staple. Plum & rosehip jams are alternatives for those who like things less sweet. 'Divno'. 🤣😍
I love these with plum jam, too! :)
Eastern European. Like Hungarian ❤❤❤

Loos great. But I'll never be able to pronounce the name. But I don't guess you have to be able to pronounce it to eat them.
No, they're delicious whether or not you can say the name! Enjoy! :)
