Sorry for the late reply, you might having a leaking injector. And your engine might run a bit rough for that reason. look at your spark plugs their collour might tell you somthing. Last resource get your injectors checked. Missing spark on one cylinder will also cause the injected fuel to pass unburned through your engine.
You must also check the gas mixture to those two cylinders, a good spark will not work on a bad mixture. Ficht was very problematic, even though they hyped the technology. Try to identify fuel or ignition issue before you spend money. Also check the plugs, resistor plugs burn out, but look fine.
Get the manual. You can find it from internet for free. There are many possibilities. -Coils -Ecu (the later ones havee emm, its watercooled, this is aircooled). -burnt fuse -low batteryvoltage, bad battery, etc. -bad contacts -ignition module (this was bad on mine, i had spark when cranking but then it just died). Theres a troubleshoot in the book, and it's quite usefull.
no it is not normal, it runs for a 2 stroke with werry little smoke when in good maintained condition. this start was one one of the first, and i did not simmilar after worth.

I have a 1999 Evinrude 150hp ficht. Two cylinders that aren’t firing. Any help is appreciated
The ignition coils are a pack containing coils for 2 cylinders so check the sparks on each cylinder.
