Therefore , what you are saying then is that one cannot tell whether a person is a hypocite because we cannot read a person heart or know one's intention?

There may be some level of discernment we can exercise and see the obvious of the general meaning of hypocrisy, but the level we discussed is God's domain. Blessings.
