I have used a bead threader (beader tool) and it is easy to use and available at the local beauty supply store or craft store. I have also used a botkin threader, also available at craft stores, but it works better for longer locs.

I have microlocs and I tighten my roots using some cheap plastic plastic yarn needles. I saw someone else on UA-cam (ugh i wish i remembered her name, shes fairly young...has long locs...this totally isn't helping to narrow it down lol) use it on their small locs and haven't looked in my latch hook's direction for a retwist
I'm loving it. 1 month aye aye. Girl no clue about locs. Imma be hones, so I'm learning through this. 😄

I tried to lock my hair, but I think I didn't start off the right way. I am slightly jealous, but mostly happy that your hair is doing what you want it to do. I am still about that wig life. Don't judge me.

This most definitely looks different from day 1!
While I was interlocking I was using the EasyLoc tool.
When I go back to interlocking, Ill probably use that same tool.
I'll check it out. Did you ever make a video showing it? I can't recall...

LMAO. I left a comment a while back telling them the price was too high and the owner/designer responded and pretty much chewed me out for not supporting her business. It was even more expensive when I purchased. I'm not mad at you. It is overpriced. BUT now that I have it, I wouldn't trade it. But do share if you find another tool for a better price. I'd love to know.

Know your client base, y'all know the struggle is real in these streets for most of us how you gonna slap a $40 price tag on a 10 cent piece of metal. I use the Jason Dandruff shampoo, but not the sulfur one their lighter one now. I reserve the sulfur one for outbreaks

Way too small for my taste. I wouldn't maintain them well
