39:00 is intended. Sans culottes are no longer villagers, so they dont count as villager pop, but still they are gatherers so is great to know when they are idle to put them to work while you are not fighting with them. Is not a bug
I also want to add a note on the forest prowler: The Unit does not have base 3 stats, it has the normal skirm type shadow tech in age 3, you can see this in the UI when you train them since their HP will have that new thing were they show how much HP is added from upgrades Their base stat was 110 HP and 16 attack so their base age 2 scaling was higher then normal skirms for attack so they have dialed that back. In addition, native vet upgrade gives 25% stats instead of 20 so they always had higher stats then normal skirms in age 3 The only skirm in the game that has base 3 stats left I think is the cassador
Oh, good to know I was wrong about this. I'm so used to the natives having lots of age 3 based units, since they applies to half the Aztec military roster lol
Small update : apparently improved cannon trade in the live patch does affect the sebastapol mortar, they probably did this last minute since it wasn't in the final PUP
@@bisongaming729 sorry but whoever the player is, if the player sits in the base for 20-30 minutes so that the opponent trains 50 abus gunners better not to play this game multiplayer. Even easiest AI wouldnt let that happen.
