Its Incredible Dynamic of story. Doesnt really translate to Incredible Story. Then again, we have game like Skyrim, Cyberpunk, Baldur Gate. What you want doesnt really need to be an MMO. MMO is there for human interaction even in tiny bit of level like Leaderboard, anything other than that doesnt really need to be in MMO.

I think the thing that makes the Tense Battle Against The Lich King the funniest is that, every time he hits you by whipping around a sword the length of your body and slamming it directly into your head, which does not snap back the amount you'd get from being hit by an I-beam but still clearly shuffles the vertebrae with each strike... it's accompanied by a very underwhelming and muted "thwonk" sound. When you start hitting back, it makes the Cool Swordplay Sounds. But as long as you're just standing there getting whaled on like someone's trying to hit a golf ball glued to the tee, it's just *whump, thwack, thump, bonk.* I know this game exists because of a startling lack of awareness of much of anything by the publisher. But I really gotta hope that the people who actually worked on it took any opportunity they could to take the piss. I hope that deciding that a towering death knight whapping the shit out of you with 800 pounds of iron would make, basically, a soft "pap" sound, was the highlight of some coder's week. Also, as someone who is preset to always like big flying whales, the fact that the industry has figured out my weak point really bothers me. Everything that came before it and I still also went "wooooh the whaaaale." Cheap trick, Fivespoken.
RIGHT? They somehow made a flying whale not feel special. Subnautica's reefbacks or those space whales from Treasure Planet made every hair on my body tingle. This thing made me actually feel emptiness.
I gave it a shot thinking just another cash grab korean mmo, i ended up pleasantly surprised about how fun the game and its systems felt. Pretty solid f2p mmo for what its worth.

Go down to the comments everyone is talking about how it's the first game they've enjoyed in a decade or something. All of it read like a paid ad, just nauseatingly positive, every single comment reading like a marketing script
It’s actually nauseating how hard it’s trying to be fantastical and interesting. But after the first 2 seconds of the first cutscene I got this overwhelming feeling of complete disinterest in its setting.

You do realize that Amazon didn't develop this game and they are just the publisher that ported it over to the west from Korea... Right? Also yes it is very similar to new world. But this game is what new world couldn't be.
This game is nothing like New World aside from generic mmo traits that most mmos share. This game's primary focus is on throne war type pvp with pve slapped on at the last second when it was doing poorly in Korea/about to port to the west. New World was much more balanced with it's pvp and pve modes and it's pvp modes never rose to the scale of the throne wars in this game.
Good thing you can't believe it because they didn't. They PUBLISHED the game. They didn't make the game at all or have any input in it's creation whatsoever.
