  • Bison steak vs plant-based steak…
    I think you’ll know which one wins here for me. It’s always real meat and organs…
    This is why I created the highest-quality most nutrient-dense meat snack on the planet. It took me 2 years. But we did it. Check us out: lineageprovisions.com/product...
    It’s pretty clear that our bodies require nutrients exclusively found in meat…
    Humans crave meat so much that we are doing everything we can to recreate it and satisfy our innate cravings for real nutrients…
    Just eat REAL meat…
    Meat and organs have allowed us to evolve and thrive for hundreds of thousands of years…
    It’s totally fine if you like vegetables and you can tolerate them; but removing animal foods from your diet will rob you of many essential nutrients for optimal health…
    Meat, organs, eggs, fruit, honey and raw dairy are the most nutrient dense foods for humans…
    It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy…
    This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...
    Check out my ANIMAL-BASED CALCULATOR here: www.paulsaladinomd.co/ab-guid...

    • @trentwalker9223
      @trentwalker9223 3 місяці тому +4

      Definitely not the best but it’s as close as most people can get nowadays. The best diet on the planet is fresh blood and RAW organs/meat from WILD animals. Not many humans left eating this way unfortunately but they still exist. The diet Paul promotes is very good compared to what most people eat nowadays but it’s still not 100% ideal. Majority of the fruit and honey people are buying on this diet are full of pesticides and glyphosate. And he promotes cooking meat which does nothing but destroy nutrients and create toxins. You’re better off just eating raw beef, raw eggs, and raw dairy. The shit is expensive so it seems like such a waste to cook it and get half the nutrients for the same price. But like I said this is still good enough for most people and if you’re really addicted to the cooked meat I get it. The amount of pesticides you’re getting from grocery store fruit is way less than what most people get and as long as you don’t overcook the meat until it’s all brown/black you’re probably relatively find. Still though it’s pretty obvious that 100% raw is the best way to go. No other animals cook their meat lol just us silly humans

      @@trentwalker9223cooking steaks doesn't create toxins, that's complete bullshit. There might be some debate about losing nutrients, but cooking your meat will always outweigh the benefits of eating raw simply for the fact that you can be sure you're not getting sick
      You're right about honey and fruits with pesticides, however there are some producers that sell organic at a reasonable price
      If you were to eat everything you mentioned raw, you'd pay an absurd amount of money for a trustworthy supplier

    • @trentwalker9223
      @trentwalker9223 3 місяці тому

      @@charlesbrown4483 hahahaha you actually believe that? You’re funny. Cooking does absolutely nothing beneficial. Heat only destroys the micronutrients, makes most of the protein indigestible, and creates carcinogens. This is proven a thousand times over. Please explain to me how less nutrients and more toxins could “accelerate our brain evolution”.. I’d love to hear your logic on this one. It seems pretty obvious to me that us humans are actually not as smart as we were hundreds of thousands of years ago. You’re living proof of that if you seriously think cooked meat is better than raw meat. That’s just pure brain washing and indoctrination talking right there. Do you also think vaccination is a good thing that saves lives? hahahahahahaha. It’s time for you to wake up buddy. Start eating your meat the way god intended it to be eaten… RAW!! I have it around my chin, jawline, a little on my upper lip and no where else. I only used water to wash my face and use beef tallow at night and in the morning. If the plant based burger is so good for you than purchase a enough for soil and insert a tomato plant. I wonder if it would live or die?

    You’re right your dog probably wouldn’t eat it. It would take one bite just to taste it, but probably would not finish it.

    Plant based meats make me seriously ill. I have a duodenal ulcer and these plant based meats hurt me so bad due to the overwhelming amount of spices and seasoning they use to give it flavor. I was sick for over a week just from eating one burger.

    Hey doc they won't substitute meat but shrooms aint that bad! They have nutrients not in meat minus the plant toxins. + they are filling without the extra calories of meat.
    I'd go for it by all means!

    I eat mushrooms occasionally - sauteed, in meat stews, with their innate tastes & texture. NOT as a chunk of factory-made saw dust patty with added flavours. I've always wondered why Chinese vegetarians have their "vegetarian chicken/pork/fish" etc. when they claim that they don't want to kill animals, and yet defining their vegetarian "foods" with animal names.
