It would make this video a whole lot more viewer friendly if you guys added in the picture for each individual card when it's played. Just flash it on the screen for a few seconds so we can easily see what it does.
you cant jack out when approaching the first piece of ice in a run 9:50 was played incorrectly, even though the decision was coincidentally ok he isn't even allowed to jack out.
Hey! Because Netrunner has people pulling random cards from your hand, I got used to constantly shuffling so the runner can't track cards he's pulling. That and it's a tick.
I'm interested in seeing a play by play if at all possible. It's tough to follow the game without knowing what cards are being played and not being familiar with the cards at all.
I think it speaks well of the original game that people still use the old terminology instead of the new. I always say "bits", too. And "data fort" slips out a lot.
I wish this game was easy enough to teach in about 10 minutes. I wanted to teach my father how to play since there isn't really a game shop near me that I could go to a few times a week and play( I only have the limited starter set that I customized with some packs of the limited set the guy I got it from had) but it seems the different mechanics get a bit too complicated to explain(that and I have trouble explaining stuff to people)
..."there to enjoy myself". Yes, that is what a loser would say after playing poorly and getting their behind handed to them. Let's play a game, let's count how many times the runner says, "MY TURN" or... "I HAVE 4 ACTIONS".
I'd rather watch a reenactment of this match (with the lady that does the tutorial video) then hearing these guys yapping on and on. They don't make this game sound fun or cool at all.
The runner is such a loser LOL. How could he even consider a run on R&D if a corp just sorted cards there and ended his turn?? WTF :D Secondly the remote server run - corp with 4 resources, you with 1, and u don't jack out after chum - seriously...
"Who are you?!"
Nice video, but your later ones with commentary are far more enjoyable.

The last double advance was really clever.

Yup!
Typo in your annotation. "Play and operation" should be "Play an operation".
I just ordered my Core Set...can't wait to get started playing this game :3

Why did you roll to see who was going first? It says in the rulebook that the corp always goes first.
I prefer the clear sleeves in games so we can see beautiful card backs how about you?
I think they're rolling to see who plays as the runner or corp 1st
It's a strategy that people use when playing card games. It keeps you from staring at one card and giving your opponent information.

You only lose if you have to discard and cannot. He was able to discard a card for all 3 net damage, so he did not lose.
Games don't typically take this long. The runner was playing VERY conservatively. The longer the game goes, the more likely the Corp is going to win..
Top 8 got those game mats. Waffling on whether to sell mine on ebay...
Aww, I wish they used clear sleeves, the backs of the cards are way too nice to be hidden
I thought you can only have one card installed in a data fort? Doesn't he have two installed at 38:25?
Where is Magnum Opus runner???
Didn't he lose though around 28:00 cuz he had no cards for the discard phase so he flatlined right?
These decks are made from the base set yes. So if I decided to buy the base set i could try and run these
This game started at 1:45am. I don't drink caffeine. I was trying to stay awake.
Are those game mats? I WANT ONE. O_O
do games take this long typically?

Hey David....why do you always shuffle your hand
guy on the right is so nervous, keeps shaking his legs
Is the player on the left Tobias Funke?
why does Corp have so many dice??
Ah yes, back when Netrunner was good. Before the dark times of Damon Stone.
One Asset or Agenda, but any number of upgrade.
They rolled to see who gets to play what first. Die roll winner picked Corp. Game 2 he'll play runner.
Doesn't he lose to the chum. He has no cards at the end of his turn? 10:23
These guys are entertaining. The runner particularly, whoever you are, you made it very fun for n00bs to listen to. Ta.
Gencon has been purely BYOM since addison took over. :)
Pro-matte on corp side. Don't know the runner's but they felt pro-matte too.
Lost me with the language. I guess I'll just stick with the videos with m
Commentary.
guy on the left too slow. What kind of final is this? I've been playing for 3 days and im faster than him jeez. This would end in 30 mins
lol i know i don't ever want to play with you thats for sure :P you'd probably whoop my ass at the finals and take home the 50$ prize!
Man, the Corp guy has some serious nervous ticks going on with the constant hand shuffling. The runner sounds like a stereotypical nerd too :P
Saw one on eBAY for 50 bucks (bid, buyout is 100)c... so if you have lots of extra cash, there you go.
doesn't look like either of them had a clue, as much as the obnoxious guy on the right tried to act like a pro with his dice and hand shuffling
Corp doesn't steal ... It trashes.
You should open the site cardgamedb. com and pause when they mention a card to look it up, thats what I was doing made it a lot easier to follow.
Considering my last comment was over a month ago, you're a little late to the party.
the runner couldve easily won had he ran on the deck more
I'm 5 minutes in and this runner is an
Now that's all I can see. God damn you.
Sell it!

lol @ the people here in the comments going apeshit about the runner. You people are quite sad.

lol settle down
tweeker on the right. smoke shit every day yo!
meow! I love netrunner!
