Loved it! Ive been managing to exercise on monday and tuesday just for ten minutes with you but this is the first time in a while ive had the time/energy/motication to carry it through to wednesday 🎉
Has someone any advice with the lying side crunch? The exercise itself is clear to me but it hurts on my outer upper thigh which i am lying on so much. 😭
I wish I could do but I can only do standing workouts as I have knee pain, I went to Dr yesterday & got X-rays I have spurring in my knees they say narrowing of the knees , I don’t exactly know what that is, but I have to get pt, I really don’t want to , I hate people touching me plus my autistic daughter be out for summer soon so I told them maybe one session & they give me exercises to do at home
