    That dog is so playful! Me and my TBS workers at work have been working on goals and stuff like staying out of friends’ business even if someone hurts them where when I was younger, I’d get in the middle of it to stick up for them and most of the time it’d sadly make things worse. All this stuff my peers do as adults older than me or even around my age like having outbursts when angry and upset is what I used to do when I was younger but as I’ve gotten older, I cleaned that up and handle situations like that in a more generous manner.     A way I plan may differ from others. With medical appointments, I put them in the phone calendar, but also hand write them in a little diary and a calendar, to reinforce it in my mind. But also I keep a food diary - with gut health issues, I try to work out what works for me. I write down my oral intake and the times I had them, then write a summary of how the intake affected my stoma. This helps me to look back to see what worked or what didn't, and this can help me pick things moving forward 💜💫

    I recently received a sev pack and took this opportunity to transform a P/T hobby into F/T self-employment. Not fitness related of course, but still goal setting tips:
    - Have a solid base before starting. In my case, I worked hard to acquire the required skillsets, then built a solid business plan.
    - Break up your plan into milestones and get a close friend to be your accountability partner that you kinda report to. Make sure they're committed to seeing you through to the end. If you hit your milestones, great! If not, that's OK. Reflect on what went wrong, refine your process, and reset your expectations.
    - Reset your expectation! As long as you're moving fwd, it's okay to reset to make them more attainable.
    - Persevere, I saw minor failures as just a business expense and that allowed me to continue grinding.
    - Journal everything above. This really help internalize failures and refine your process or plan.
    It's been about a year, and I am still learning and figuring things out, but that's OK. From my experience so far, I developed a pretty solid plan :)

    This year was the worst year I've ever had fitness-wise. To turn it around I've bought a cute/pretty diary, calendar and wall-planner set. That way I have an easy view of my daily, weekly and monthly goals, and can write about them more in depth in the diary. I'll also be getting back into taking progress photos, not just of my body but of my flexibility progression again, with specific moves/poses in mind. It's going to be tough getting back into and 'starting again' but essentially, as you said, if you don't make changes you're just going to stay the same..! Also, I've done it before so I can do it again!! Also to combat negative self-talk and beliefs, I'm going to adopt the "Talk to yourself like you would talk to a friend" mentality. :)

    Reflecting on the pros and cons of the year is indeed important. Also, excellent tips even though i have difficulties believing in myself. One of my goals is to improve the look of my physique mainly because i don't like the look of my current physique that looks like an average joe I lack being challenged/pushed by others in my cycle to be better. I exercise but i don't train enough and i have difficulties training properly. My mindset needs work. I wish you a great 2025.

    I've heard of Animal Flow before. What do you think of it? It looked to me like Kung Fu without the learn-to-fight part.
