Great job guys, chicken wings are my absolute favourite. Veggie wise, my local takeaway does them with onions, big chunks of scallions, julienned carrots and fresh chillies and they are too good. Salt and pepper anything is unreal!

I no longer use a tea towel to dry dishes, I use this stuff. Normal cheap kitchen roll leaves fluff in your cups but Blitz® kitchen roll makes my miserable life slightly easier.

Sounds like you over cooked the chicken, for way to long, wings have so much fat it’s impossible for them to be chewy unless you deep fried them too long

This is salt and pepper chicken wings, but yeah the yellow bean version is some times called chicken in cashew nuts :)
