  • Breaking down our recent long range match, mistakes were made but we had a great result over all. Excited to shoot more of this format in 2023!

    John Lovell would be proud!
I prefer longer videos from everyone just because we don't have TV so I watch UA-cam. I love watching you shoot everything I could never afford.

This isn’t tiktok with 30sec-1min videos I enjoy long 15min+ videos there relaxing to watch and educational watching u read the wind and seeing u focus on all aspects the distance the wind the Mirage the random animals walking into the firing lane 😂 I personally don’t shoot long range but I really want to I built up a rifle to get into the sport but no area to shoot that’s local to me so watching the raw videos help me get an idea on what to do and what to expect for when I can find an area to shoot

Great content and your relaxed style and humor are appreciated. Content is extremely well presented and consistent. Hunting and match shooting validate the information and your explanation of the shooting principles and sequences required to make precise accurate shots. I am a Disabled U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran. Having grown up in a hunting outdoor family my experiences as a youth made a difference shooting during my military service. That experience taught me to maintain accurate shooting records. To this day I maintain note books on everything I do. For shooting there is a notebook for each rifle that includes critical data for various shooting conditions. Glad to see a gentleman such as yourself sharing your knowledge. Thank You

I think it's cool to see you wearing John Lovell's Warrior Poet Society shirt on your channel! Please keep up the long videos and love the videos that you put up on the builds and the long range tips. Love to see more beginners education videos on how to shoot long range step by step kinda stuff!

Piet the long-range shooting videos is the best! I am not sure if you done a long-range video where you talk us through what you are doing or should have done while only showing your shooting footage.

My favorite videos are the long form ones.
    video request
    1. Can we get a break down of how to perform each type PRS stage. how to position your body, bags and what someone who is comfortable with their set up could expect when looking at the target.
    2. selecting aftermarket barrels for a rifle. difference between contures, reamers and diameter.

I literally watch ur shoots like a tv show. I keep it on at my house. I told my gun shop to run this channel on their TV. Always try to leave likes man. Honestly your one of the greats on UA-cam up there with m.a.c., nutnfancy, garandthumb, administrative results, ak guy, Vintage rifle shooters club/ak operators union, 9 hole reviews, risky Chrisky, polenar tactical, honest outlaw, tfb TV, and many many more. Your channel is the shit also because of the info you put out on other platforms, also you can tell your professional just by looking at your toolbox. As a mechanic I can appreciate your ocd. Great info. Great hunts. Keep it up man. Mad love from the states

  • @edwardralphsmithbezuidenho492

same here I only watch UA-cam I don't have dstv and those stuff not even sabc channels. it fascinates me how targets are engaged at long distances.

You always have great content in your videos. And like the video when you're in the long tall grass with the Cobras, that takes some bigs ones. Thanks for what you do for us, help us shoot better.

I hate those little short clips and when a UA-camr starts loading a ton of those I turn off my notifications for them. I look for a video I can watch on break, lunch, or when I get off work. I don't watch TV a bunch I'll turn on a video and start reloading. Definitely keep doing what your doing brother really enjoy the content!!

Nice info as always thanks for sharing. I started with a CZ544 22LR varmint, playing with my scope, dail vs hold, range cards, ballistic apps. Reading external conditions and the wind. We play with subsonic ammo only for a reason. .. out to 350m.
Reding the wind is always changing but make it interesting. ..

Simple modification for that sweet sled style bi-pod, put some forward angled spikes on the front of the skies. It will resist forward movement and allow it to recoil back.

I really appreciate your effort to give viewers what they enjoy. I am one of those that really love the match videos with the picture in picture. I also love the assembly videos. I think youtube is stupid with their ridiculous rules about reloading. I would love to see videos of how you load your match ammo. Anyway, keep up the great work and awesome content!

You have easily best long range shooting videos on UA-cam! You are not acting like many americans are, you are who you are and thats amazing. One thing would be nice to know when you are shooting and that is a target sizes. Keep up a good work and greetings from Finland :)

I dialed wind wrong two weeks ago. Including wind it put my shots about 2.5' right at 400yds. Would've been awesome if I was supposed to be shooting the target on the next lane over because I was peppering the bullseye.

I miss your videos where you ran thru stages with the timer in the upper corner and just absorbing some of the rhythms you go thru. I'm getting into the NRL22X competitions and they help a lot with time management.

I don't understand you guys shooting FTR bipods on hunting rifles in a precision match. What is the point? You may as well shoot FTR class, Here is a little tip for scope adjustment. Think of it as screws, because turrets are set up exactly like that. You go clockwise - your POI shifts down and opposite. Once you get this in your head and you think of your turrets as screws you will never miss dial your turret again
