I can't see the point of buying in Clark sun valley. It's all leasehold, so the whole thing feels like a depreciating asset. It's not near the beach, not particularly close to Angeles. It smells like a white elephant in the making.
@@maryfe8221 this is Clark global city (developed by an individual on leasehold) not to be mistaken for New Clark City or Clark Green City which is a government project where major government offices will be relocated or branched out. both are very different areas, developers / owners, ownership and concept.

These building look like they were lifted straight out of China. Down to the push button sliding glass doors that break after 3 months. Hopefully PI isnt going to overbuild. The ghost apartments Hhizhou and Heilongjian are everywhere. And investors can be heard online "in 10 years, the area will fill up!"

This area will be the capital city for govt lots of them are moving to new clark city prices will go up after the covid thing
