- Clark is being transformed into a disaster-resilient metropolis, that will be competitive and attractive to a global market. It will consist of four main districts. the existing Clark Freeport Zone, Clark Global City, New Clark City, and Clark International Airport.
The Clark Freeport Zone is an existing mixed-used complex established in the ’90s.
Clark Global City, which will serve as the primary business district.
New Clark City, will house satellite government offices and a first-class sports Village.
and the Center of all of this is Clark International Airport. Which currently expanded to accommodate up to 110 million passengers a year. This ensures that travel will be comfortable, while trade is seamless.

This location for a smart city is far better than those of Manila and Cebu because there are no slums surrounding it. It’s clean, lush and truly modern. Beside BGC are a total eyesore of dirty and dangerous slums. Green belt area is better. In order to get to Cebu’s financial district, you have to pass through dirty disorganized roads with atrocious looking spaghetti wires everywhere you look along the messy/trashy avenues.
450 hectare yung area ng building maliit lang karamihan park. Malayo pa tlga sa manila mag start palng yan. Pero bka dinga mapantayan nyan ang pasig city na may tatlong business district. Wag mag assume sa manila sobrang layo ang clark wla sa kaling kingan. Dahil nag dedevelop rin yon ng mga city sa manila, Manila solar city, Manila front city, Horizon Manila. Mas modern yon kompara dyan dihamak.
Sa pasay lang wla syang binatbat SM Prime Bay City.

@noeminoemi1350 that is what marcos doing now he gave affordable housing 350 pesos monthly per unit if im not mistaken correct me if im wrong you can check the housing here in YT about the cost of the food since we are still relying most of our oil and gas from overseas we cant control much of the goods prices for now but if most of our oil rig will be open, in Palawan alone we have 2-3 new oil and gas thats going to start the operation soon it will help us lowering the price of the petrol which caused the high priced of all the goods that needs to transport and production cost...so we will be having an affordable cost of living for every filipinos all over the country...we only need to support the government and do our duty as a citizen of the land.

I'm sorry to say that this development is what is wrong with the Philippines economic policy. Luxury hotels? More franchises that most of the Philippines citizens cannot afford. The focus should be on developing educational infrastructure, traffic mitigation in downtown Manila, and developing tourism friendly policies. It is amazing to me that the education system in the country is so poor.

You also have to consider that Vietnam is a Land mass. Logistically it's way easier to transport material compared to Philippines which requires sea transport to reach other part of the country.
