Dutch Hill Maple: Farm to Product

Have you ever wondered how maple syrup is made? Earlier this month, we kicked off the maple season with a ceremonial maple tapping at Dutch Hill Maple, a family-owned, Grown & Certified maple producer in Tully NY. Nate and Cristy Williams broke down the maple-making process for us, and, on the last day of #MapleMonth we’re excited to share it with you!
As a participant in the New York State Grown & Certified program, Dutch Hill Maple is one of over 90 maple producers who are adhering to a higher standard for food safety and environmentally friendly practices. While March may be on its way out, there’s no expiration date on enjoying this sweet, delicious crop year-round!
