Nasi Ambeng is actually a dish from Javanese descent here in Malaysia. The restaurant name is pronounce Chong-Kak (in Malay language, letter C always sound Ch as in Chair)
@@livinglifeonpurposetimabbe3729 becareful when pronouncing congkak hahaha.. the way you pronounce it in the video means something else.. but we can understand it.
Oh no! In all my travels I have to say that happens to me quite a lot where I try to learn words in a new language an embarrass myself along the way. Haha
_Terima kasih_ Thanks for visiting from neighboring bangkok. Btw grab originated in malaysia and it took the country by storm gaining instant popularity in malaysia's big cities. Then it expanded, moved hq to singapore, took over uber in this region, expanded further into grab food, and you 3 came along 😊
Thank you for this wonderful video. Welcome to KL, Malaysia. I truly hope that you and your family have had a good time exploring around the city. The little guy is so cute, so adorable.
Malaysia is a family friendly place. We always think how to allow mother's to change diapers in malls, how children will run around in the parks. Is there enough shade eg trees.
We loved it for that reason! Honestly, America can be difficult to bring kids places. Malaysia was so fun and we barely even scratched the surface! We will definitely need to return!
American politicians need to make it a priority to solve this problem. However, most Americans don’t even care enough to put pressure on their representatives to make changes so nothing happens.
Welcome to Malaysia 😂😂.. really hope that you've enjoyed your stay in KL.😅😊 You're always welcome to visit KL again and explore more. We need the Malls for the AC.. 😅
While you are here in KL, I would like to inform you there will be a handycraft showcase at the Sg Bumbun Orang Asli Craft Center, Pulau Carey(Indigenous People) this weekend, where you can also include a trip to the MahMeri Cultural Village and Riverine Splash Waterpark. Then there will also be the National Day Parade at Putrajaya (come early 7.30pm) on the 31st.

@livinglifeonpurposetimabbe3729 one thing that saddened me most is gun laws in America. Going to school is a gamble.

Grab originated from Malaysia before setting up its regional HQ in Singapore
Thanks for letting me know! I need to make a video about everything I learned on our first trip to Malaysia.
FYI, we pronounce word "C" as "CH" not as "K" so the restaurant is called Chongkak (congkak) instead of Kongkak.
Gotcha! English phonics rules are different I guess. Thanks for the tip! 😊
Yup, no vietcongs here in malaysia, no sighting of king kong here either (we only have orang utans) so there are no congs as in kongs
Welcome
Thanks! 😊
