      I admire those who have mind control over their surroundings. The ability to control one's breathing and reach depths where most divers with scuba gear would probably not be able to go, shows how fantastic the human body is. I believe plasma leaves the blood and enters the spaces in the bones when greater depths are reached and then returns to the blood when the free divet resurfaces. It goes to show how we have developed over many years and now are hoping to conquer the universe.

    • @DaanVerhoeven
      @DaanVerhoeven  4 роки тому

      long pipe! This is at 100 feet deep - you'd need a compressor as well

    • @shinobi5371

      Daan Verhoeven Oh yes of course, I have never been deep diving but, is it to do with not poisoning your blood based on the water pressure.?
      But yeh a pure stone slab for the board, some stone carved chess pieces would be awesome to not float up, the knight could be a seahorse and the king could be Atlantis or Aquaman 😅

    • @DaanVerhoeven
      @DaanVerhoeven  4 роки тому +1

      the water pressure at 100 feet is 4 times the atmospheric pressure, which means if you want to inhale 1 liter of air there, you'd have to suck down 4 liters of air from the surface, through a very long tube; you simply don't have the lung power. That's why they need compressed air or a compressor on top. And yes, you'd have to be careful when ascending, as the nitrogen you've been breathing might come out of solution if you come up too fast.
      The sea horse piece would be very cool, though!

    The cool thing about real meditation, is that it brings everything found beneath the sea to ones cushion, sitting in ones bedroom or on a patch of grass outdoors. You can sit as long as you like, for hours if desired, without needing any other activity to get you there. A direct line to the self, so to speak.
