Not being a fanboy or nothing, but usually Microsoft is better at handling problems, I remember my day one Xbox one got it’s disc drive getting problems and got through support, they fixed it and gave me a 60 dollar game of my choice (grabbed Forza horizon 3) and when PlayStation 4’s started spitting discs many times Sony wouldn’t even answer or you would have to pay the repair.
I repeat, I’m not much of a fan, I mostly use pc but got X one to play with friends in that platform (just playing the few multi plstform games gets boring after a time)

oh yeah I've had my Xbox series x since launch no issues and 23 other ppl I know also have the Xbox series x no issues but everyone I know who has ps5 is having nothing but issues and problems with the ps5 so yea
