That's amazing… congratulations. The big change in my golf came when I stopped playing with fear, learned to accept the result of any shot, and decided not to allow a few bad shots to define me - as a golfer and as a person. Let me know how you get on... Nick
I’m shootings for 85 next week! It also helps playing every day. I nearly had both legs amputated in 2009 after being hit by drunk drivers. I suffer with chronic pain with pins and plates in both heels and limited movement. But that doesn’t stop me making personal goals,,I found meditation has helped with pain and frustration tremendously. So glad I came across your amazing channel of guided lessons. And your ability to reach into the inner me! I’m abundantly grateful. Thank you Nick.

This is my third week listening to your guides at night and I have completely stopped doing any self inflicted wounds on the golf course and have begun to play on a very steady emotional keel. As a result,my consistency has greatly improved particularly my drives which have always been the thing that has plagued my golf game.I would strongly recommend any listeners to give it a month and you will get results!

Thanks for listening. I could, but hypnosis isn’t proven to be effective if you’re asleep. You have to be relaxed enough for your conscious critical faculty to drop its guard so you can access the subconscious mind but not totally out of it! When you’re asleep, not much gets through! :)
Yes, I’ve been working on a short game one - about how to develop and trust feel, and improve visualisation. It’ll be ready in a couple of weeks. Again, thanks for your support!
Thanks Nick, early days for me but I think it is helping. Just some feedback. In the latter part of the hypnosis you talk about counting down from 5 to 1 a second time. After you do the count we can step in to become the golfer we have been watching swing. However you never actually do the countdown. Pretty sure I wasn’t asleep!

Hi - thanks for your feedback and question. You don’t take it to the golf course consciously. The hypnosis works when you are in that extremely relaxed daydream state. The suggestions bypass the conscious critical faculty area of the mind (your filter) and go to the subconscious where they are acted upon. It requires regular listening for the positive suggestions to embed in the mind. Let me know if you have any more questions. Cheers, Nick
Yes, the golf hypnosis audio you listened to is more of a general improvement session, designed to help you get rid of limiting beliefs and overcome anxiety on the course. I listened to this lasy night, I played golf today, I have been playing golf for over thirty five years. I today, just played the absolute worst round ever! Lol , sorry not joking.
My husband and I fell asleep to this and the next day he played the best game of his life I kid you not. We were both astounded!
