    I'm a PGA Pro golfer. Since I've been listening to this my scoring has improved and I just won my first tournament.
    I always fall asleep during the relaxation phase so I confess to have never consciously listened to any part to do with golf. But with this that doesn't matter in fact it probably helps and I tell you honestly that if you struggle with the mental side of the game, this and Bob Rotella audio books are gold dust.

    Been listening to this nightly and last night just as I fell asleep, the Titleist commercial came on and scared the shit out of me. No more listening before bed.
