Many people don't like greens because they can have a bitter taste. Here is a secret to get rid of the bitter taste. Your greens will taste better & you will be adding nutrition that is anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and filled with anti-oxidants. This secret can be used with any greens. (Collard greens, kale, bok choy, cabbage, broccoli, swiss chard, spinach, just to name a few)

Hint: use a lime instead.
Lemon is more bitter than a lime and a lime is more acidic by weight than a lemon.

i have bitter kale, which is labeled sweet kale. is it bc it is too old? i want to make quiche with ham and cheese. should i cook down kale first in rice wine vinegar or lemon first? TIA
please someone help should i do this before adding greens into my soup or while cooking soup??
