As a cook not far from his age, I’m humbled by his work ethic. He’s knocking out food like someone in their 20’s. It’s equally impressive that he has a customer base that waits in line for an hour for his food. Extraordinary in my book.
If he chooses to do this, let him be, but as soon as he starts struggling physically or even mentally and gets tired of it he should have his grandson or grand daughter help him!! Plus they're japanese, they respect their elders so I don't see why they can't or won't help him out! =) if he slows down he shall get help!!.. Hopefully!!.. But I mean see, that's exactly what they'll do in Japan, cuz that's how those people are no matter the age!! =)... Such nice people for the most part!!

20歳頃に免許取りたてでよく行ってました食べてましたカリッとしたパンの食感が思い出です、桜の名所で３月末は桜と博多湾を見下し美味しかったなぁ、あれから40年愛犬と３回ほど訪れましたが雨もようでお店は開いてませんでしたが居着いている猫ちゃんはかわいいです。
I admire this young man, this is what keeps him young at heart and his customers are his family. I love that the first thing he does when he comes is takes care of the dog and cat cleans up makes it looks nice, he doesn’t panic no one rushes him and he takes care of everyone. Stay bless young man 🙏👑
Reminds me of my grandfather, worked everyday of his life until he lost the battle with cancer at 89. Literally worked until the week before he passed away. Long life to you good sir!
He is amazing! A man dedicated to his craft. I used to be a professional cook and I absolutely love the fact he is wearing a chefs jacket and whites! Respect!

作り方も具材もめちゃくちゃ手が込んでる
ハンバーグやソーセージが入るのに、さらにキャベツ炒めにひき肉が入ってると言う肉汁天国
一度焼いたパンに具材を入れてまた焼くこだわり
アメリカの街角で売ってるホットドッグはちょっとあったかいパンに冷めたザワークラウト（酸っぱいキャベツの千切り）と少しあったかいソーセージを乗せて終わり
ケチャップ、マスタードはセルフ
まあ10秒ほどで出てくるから急いでる人にはいいけどね
このマスターが作るどこか懐かしいオリジナルのホットドッグはのんびり待って、あつあつを味わって食べるところまでが様式美で、鳶の声を聞きながら、心に余裕を持ち時間を忘れて楽しむ素晴らしさを教えてくれる
最後のちっちゃい子とおじいちゃんの絡みがどっちも可愛い😂
