Back in the day, during Black Friday…Walmart had tiers of pricing marked with those circle stickers, red was 10, yellow was 5, black was 20, and etc… That’s a real seal and it was probably clearanced out from Walmart.
I´m fairly certain those Fire Emblem games are resealed, stickers looked to be under the seal rather than on the seal. Those stickers are meant to cover the UAE region logo which is in that same spot. Didn´t get a good look the back of the case, but UAE releases usually have a green triangle on the bottom left corner which is missing from the US releases. UAE releases work completely fine on US consoles, but they´re much cheaper to obtain so many sellers are trying to fool people like they´re actual US releases, especially on Amazon.

I know walmart used different colored stickers for like black friday sales on video games dvds blu rays ect... those look like the ones they used.
