I don't tolerate bullies myself.
In just the last 3 years I've been pushed over twice whilst bending down to pick up items all because I spotted a gem on the floor. Another guy decided in the whole bootsale to park right upto my boot of my car so I couldn't get to it. When I asked him to move back a bit he wanted a fight.
Sadly it's bootsale life. I don't let it deter me but there's only so much you can take and after confronting a few of them everything was sorted out.

Even respectfully sticking up for yourself is the best way to win a battle of words.
There is always one. For example there is one male who uses a wheelchair which is hired and very damaged by him. He scares numerous kids on the estate by his actions, he has been banned by the local coop by attacking staff and again with the local Wetherspoons. He is a known menace and try to avoid him at all times.
My kids use to cough and say stuff like that when they were about 12 or 13 they soon grew out of it . shameful a man or idiot at that age still doing it , well done right over your head . Think he must be jealous. Keep these videos coming

I have a rule at the Carboots or Yard sales...if they say its X amount online/ebay/new etc....Walk Away!!! It is never worth the deal as clearly theyve checked online and realised its not worth it.
As for the abusive guy, you have evidence of said abuse....just go to the people who run the carboot and if they half decent they would throw him out!
I’ve moved now so won’t be going back.
It's still a warning to others as you might not be the only one treated like that Chris. People should be feeling safe in a public place. Hopefully he is banned from this place after this.
I tried to gamble with an older lady over a book when I was younger. I remember her making a massive deal over it and nearly screaming at me my dad was at the end of the isle so didn’t witness it but I’ll never forget! Some people have no boundaries even if it’s a child getting something as innocent as a fairytale book 🤣

When someone has an attitude problem, go outside the box and say morning with a smile and do it every time you see this person, eventually it works, and no matter what he replies keep saying good morning, it does work eventually he will change, rise above negative words, train the person's, it does work

We used to go to a car boot /market in a street and sold a portable dvd player to a guy even gave him a free dvd film showed it him working using our power bank ...he came storming back 3 hours later slammed it down on the table swearing demanding his money back ....i calmly plugged it in and guess what ...it worked played the film perfect ! He just wouldnt accept it was working kept on and on ..and eventually a small crowd at the cash machine joined in ...on his side ! He kept saying" it dont work " and some racial comments because im white and he was coloured saying i was doing him down because of his colour ! The dvd worked fine ! Anyway he threw it at me in the end and stormed off ! But every time we did that bootsale he would walk passed my oh and push his chair or kick his foot saying rude things ... it took all of my boyfriends self control not to retaliate ...this kept on for a couple of years till we stopped going as the boot finished ! But some people are idiots why say a thing doesent work if you can see it working ! 😡😡

Personally I think I would have said something. I once bought some action figures £5 the box and another reseller well old school dealer told the woman he would have had them and that I sell online and she’s sold them to cheap should have sold them to him Etc. Only knew because she told me the week after and was upset over it as he was quite aggressive with her and she thought I went out my way to do her over. Long story short called him out on next boot and he come at me all jumped up 😂 was the funniest thing I’ve ever had happen. Once I told him “you wanna do something mate do it now” and he realised I wasn’t arsed and would leather him all over the field he apologised and goes out his way to say hello every time he sees me it’s funny as fk 🤣

There are rude, greedy , and sneaky they even steal things
I now tell them to get lost or go away
Some even want to argue or fight with you because I won’t let them get away with it

It was tricky as it was my local and most frequented car boot so didn’t want to caused any issues.

The only issue with filming at sales/markets is the people in them don’t consent to being put up on the internet nor their kids. I love when people are tactful and only partially film people there but the amount of resellers filming and using people that don’t consent for their content is a bit problematic. Regardless you did nothing to warrant being verbally abused in that situation.
I always point downwards to try and avoid getting people on camera. As far as the law goes when a boot sale is open the public the laws on filming in public apply regardless of whether it’s private property. I always edit out anyone that mentions they don’t want to be on camera and I film overtly not covertly. This guy probably goes by the opinion that UA-cam resellers are ruining it for the old school.

@@lloydwilson7391 I fully understand that but I personally think it’s the decent thing not to put other peoples kids online or putting random strangers up used in thumbnails etc. not saying this channel does it but a lot of resellers do. Lots of things are legal but in poor taste.
