- Slowly getting Miley ready for her next trip to the nurburgring! We now have some nice sticky tires and a rear strut brace. Still more parts to get but we are off to a good start.

I ran 25mm and 28mm Neuspeed sways on my mk3 GTI VR for years, and then took that same suspension off that car and swapped everything over to my Mk2 GTI VR and ran it for years on that also. (*new owner of the mk2 has yet to change a thing with it as well since I sold it almost 2yrs ago) - both cars were nice and tight, handled very well (on rails) on both coilovers and Billy/Eibach cupkit. Might be a little different with bags, but still gonna be better on track then running stock like you are now. I will say when pushing hard turns you run the chance of getting corner lift with super stiff sways (*and sticky tires), which may not be ideal in certain areas of the track and depending on conditions, but other variables come into play as well and will be something you'll need to make adjustments on/fine tune with your driving style and/or preference(s).
It's just a Volkswagen enthusiast thing, even when I had my notchback I had 4 sets of wheels.

The golf needs a rear strut brace not the Jetta, the Jetta already has a structure above the strut towers and backboard, but it's a nice to have
I was gonna recommend you to watch Robert and Mishas videos lol. it's great that you found them. Robert recently just did a video about the tires.
Since I'm a student my wallet ain't the biggest, so my little mk1 has never been out of the red zone. Somehow I've never ran out before. Just can't get enough of your videos bro. Keep it up!

I have the front top and lower strut brace, and rear strut brace all made by the same company WIECHERS they have some pretty cool ones for all types of cars. Also they are pretty cheap 👌😝
The braces for the jetta/vento's are all the same as the ones they put in the golfs if it was a factory installment. The lower sway/anti roll bar is not what i am refering to when i say lower strut brace.🤙

You and Gregg both have told me about certain parts when i have asked so its only fair i share any information i can give you guys on anything you may be looking for.
I have the polished struts up top but want to change them to the red on Black Betty for obvious reasons😬👍 but the lower one is the red brace.
That's definitely one i would get of i was you. You can hit gears a bit harder on the track if you wanted to without fear of putting too much strain on the engine mounts etc.

Why didnt you put the bolts from the inside of the wheel arch and the nuts and rest of the bolt would be covered by the carpet on the inside, dont need to worry of tge bags getting poked
Is that a self service area to do your tyres by yourself? Like u pay to use and fit , cause I'd rather do that than pay someone else that wont balance it right or scratch my rims...

But honestly ever since I swapped the Vr6 I wanted to make the just more performance based in general so things like sway bars, meaty tires, half cage, and stuff like that had always been something I’ve wanted but never had the push to get any of it until now lol
Joe Kizonu the savoy will be setup a lot like Miley just on coils and not air. Have lots of cool parts and be very nice but also can run laps at the ring lol
