That Veterans Memorial Highway to the Castle at Whiteface is one.awesome.drive, coming down…a bit scary….hoping the brakes don’t give out. I hiked the Alpine Trail to the summit for my 65th Birthday….an experience I will never forget 👍🏻
I love the intro, and this is the side of NY that lots of people dont know, people think NY is NYC but don't know that the majority of NY state is beautiful with lots of nature.
As you say, alot of people don't have the fitness to do challenging hikes, and I am one of those people. I love watching others hike and travel to places I also would want to go to. UA-camrs like you, make us feel like we are experiencing with you. Full screen views, and we are right there, almost. Thank you for showing us the world, even if in these times, it might just be your own turf. It may be your turf, you might feel like it's everyday stuff, but it feels exotic for us living in other countries. Thanks for sharing!
I find it very helpful how you pointed out that there are very accessible easier hikes,, in case one can't hike for such a long time 🤙🏽lovely nature, great food and drinks - what more could one want 😎
When i was your age i did similar traveling. Short version is i recently lost my family-have spent close to a year mourning, and now have decided to get on up Out of here and move away. India is my top choice due to low cost of living with Belfast being my second choice due to it being one of my favorite cities. Anyway back in my day (80s) we had to order Let’s Go travel Guides to help us get around, use paper maps etc. Can you recommend a good online recourse that would help get me starter on my move to India (or at least research it). Thanks
