    Frame of mind
    Intersubjectivity
The term was originally coined by philosopher Edmund Husserl (1859-1938). It is defined as the exchange of thoughts and feelings between two people, facilitated by empathy.
In social science, intersubjectivity refers to agreement. For example, two people have intersubjectivity if they agree on a set of meanings or share the same perception of a situation.
In psychology, intersubjectivity refers to the shared understanding between two or more people about a particular experience or phenomenon. Developmental psychologists use the term to refer to people's innate "self and other awareness" that manifests itself in interpersonal communication.
Examples of intersubjective reality include money, laws, nations, corporations, and gods.
Intersubjectivity is a term that refers to the shared perception of reality between two or more people. It is based on the idea that humans can only know reality through their own senses.

Thank you for the vid. Have to think about the meaning "frame" a bit more so I understand... Is what you're saying that man should not easily believe how people, through both, conscious and unconscious verbal and nonverbal communication, try to make you perceive them? That all people always are sending out their own, very special vibes, in order to manipulate the world/people around them in order to receive the right response which is the most beneficial for that person in that moment, situation, social setting?
Don't be naive, think for yourself..., right? The problem is, in my opinion, that what enables you to see the "frames" ( I hope I used it right! I use it in the meaning of "intentions" ) of other people, corporate businesses, governments, commercials or your own mother, is not easily to get -- you need to rest in yourself and love yourself the way you are.
What do you think about that? Did I understand "frame" right? Please try to explain it to me if not understood right! Is the term coming from sociology?
    Best wishes!

I am 12 minutes in and I’m hooked. I want to understand and digest everything you are sharing. I’ve been seeing your community posts and they’ve been so inspirational, sparking a flame of introspection and being honest with myself. I really love the idea of Unlearning, and I see now that I no longer am held back by what I was taught growing up.
I plan to be the person I’ve always wanted to be this year. every day I’ve just been making a step, sometimes 2 or 3 but everyday making one step foreword, and I am seeing progress within myself.
Thank you Jem. I am excited to explore your other videos. I hope my comment meets you well, and I hope to be your reminder for the day that your actions are making a true and positive impact in the world. thank you

Good video about helping me understand social frames and your video on shadow projection. I agree with your solutions that I've practiced and it provides value for helping me handle my situations that gets me stuck in someone's frame or being scapegoated.

Do divergent people tend to favor another type of thinking. Because I usually consider multiple possibilities for each conclusion. Maybe I should do this to myself more often
