Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This book offers an excellent insight to the Zeitgeist (Spirit of the Times) prevailing in the West just prior to the outbreak of the World Wars (First and Second), as well as the Great Depression of the 1930s. It was full of optimism and a "prosperity for all" type of message, as Western Society had genuinely achieved previously unattained heights of success in the world. Yes, it is indeed an interesting study into the mind of the Western Man at the beginning of the 20th Century.

Reading/listening to a book published in 1914 tells me that all wisdom comes from God although some people nowadays try to rubbish it and say it is their own wisdom. The Bible remains as the physical inscription from God. The book by Wallace is a blessed find. Life is not all that serious and difficult if we have the right perspective.
